I made a purchase for 59.99 have not received my package i also sent email that I couldn't track my order their reply, they aren't open on the weekends they are overwhelmed by the amount of sales was unable to receive any real answers I mentioned to them I have a couple of surgeries coming up first one being February 9 I also told them I made the purchase wanting to be nicotine free before my surgery my order # 1721 please don't purchase from this company very unprofessional very little communication

Awful rip off!!! This is the worst company ive ever dealt with, they sent me a cheap chinese knock version of what i ordered, different brand name and different shade than i ordered - they trued to tell me it’s labelled and packaged differently but that is what i ordered it was just a mix up in manufacturing (???) they refused to refund it and played email tag for over a month getting robotic replies back like sorry for your frustration we’re looking into it- then just stopped answering me. Such a scam rip off!!!!!!

SCAM ALERT SCAM ALERT!!!! I never received my package that I ordered in April 2025. They claimed it was delivered however it wasn't in my mailbox nor in front of my door. I emailed them several times asking to reship and/or refund my money to no avail. I am still waiting and we are going into July!!! If I could give them zero stars - I would!! STAY AWAY FROM THEM - SAVE YOUR MONEY

Absolutely disgusting service. Products do not work and they refuse to refund. Avoid at all costs!!! Thieves and scammers!

I placed a order on April 13 2025.
I kept checking on the day of its arrival all of a sudden the said it arrival on the 5th of May 2025 I never received anything nor in my mailbox. I emailed them and they it arrived on the 5th of May that's bull shit i gets everything I ordered but from this one they left me hanging no more response about my package or my refund they took my money. Please everyone don't spend your money with them. Order number is #40779

Never received my order and tried to contact them to resolve the issue and they left me hanging. My order was 39961 and it's been almost 3 months.
Very unsatisfied

They cheat people by sending entirely different material compare to the advertisement

I ordered skin tint it took 20days (ordered 8th April arrived 28th April) to arrive which was too late for the event which I ordered it for (which i told them about via email on 16th) .i requested a refund and they refused saying it must be damaged or defective but I haven't opened it and don't need anymore, I'm worried that I send to return address that I won't get my money back

Do not order anything from this company. Will happily steal your money and not deliver anything. No replies to emails, no refunds offered. This company should be shut down. Hope they can sleep at night.

Bought some clothing on February the 14th,wrote 2 emails they never responded,it's been over a month and still waiting for a refund or for my order to arrive.
Ps I'm not holding my breath.

This is a genuine review, as I suspect they all are. However, I will change my review if you resolve order 1412 which has not been received. Either refund, resend or tell me where it has been sent to so I can collect it. I have sent several emails but no response.
I am happy to give a better review if I get my order or a refund.

No compren de esta compañía es una compañía pirata que nada más quiere robar tu dinero te pide información tuya y la información de tu tarjeta de crédito y te roban después te siguen queriendo sacar dinero del banco uno muy inocentemente hace la orden y se queda esperando a ver si llega yo hice mi orden en enero y ya es marzo y mi orden no me ha llegado y por eso tuve que venirme a verlas Reviews y claramente todo indica que es una compañía pirata que sólo quiere robarte jamás nunca órdenes de esta compañía repórtenla a la policía por favor reporten a la policía sólo está robando el dinero de la gente inocente son unos ladrones como pueden hacerle esto a la gente pobre a mí me deben más de $200 lo voy a reportar al banco y me di cuenta que después que hice esta transacción me querían sacar dinero del banco haciendo compras en otras tiendas con mi información de mi tarjeta del banco gracias a Dios mi banco me contactó para saber si eran mis transacciones y yo les dije que no entonces era un fraude que alguien estaba usando mi tarjeta y hasta ahora me doy cuenta que fue esta compañía ojalá yo hubiera venido a verlas Reviews antes de hacer mis órdenes ojalá no haya perdido mi dinero con el banco esta gente no tiene corazón ladrones

Should have read comments, worst company ever. They are in breach of consumer rights 2015. Item was purchased over 30days ago and still no product and refusing refund.
Emails are generic and not useful. They refuse to take responsibility of the product once in transit, but until received this is their legal responsibility.
DO NOT BUY.

DONT BUY! You order, you pay, you don’t get your lashes. When you contact them, even multiple times over 4 weeks, they say “it says they are in transit, so we can’t refund”…… never received

I always have spa treatment on holidays.
This experience has been one of the top. The women have strong hands. I feel so much younger and youthful after my treatment. Only wish I had done it when I came here first, and have done more treatments instead of doing it on my last day here.
Highly recommend it. Staff are so friendly and caring. They all spoke English which surely helped!

Oh i wish i read the review before placing the order.
Placed an order on 23rd September and its 7th October today and this company is based on London UK and they are still asking for 9 to 15 days to delivery a fully paid parcel with additional £4 for delivery. This is one of worst website to order.

Please dont order and pay them your hard earned money because they will never deliver the order ever.

Horrid lashes that don't actually work or stick to your eyes how they should. Took absolutely ages to arrive don't waste your money they are awful 😔

I ordered magnetic lashes . The package arrived and the applicator needed to apply them was broken . I sent a picture of the snapped applicator and asked for a replacement to be sent . They replied saying “ upon review we won’t be replacing’’ !!! I’ve sent them a pic of the broken applicator not sure what else I could have done . I DO NOT RECOMMEND 😡
