Excellent and trustworthy chap. Very professional and honest. I had a issue with no cold water on Monday 19th December 2022, I have British Gas Homecare cover, the earliest they could send someone was 2nd week in January !! Contacted Thermotec and he managed to pop in on the Wednesday, no hassle, Job done and I'm happy. I'm keeping this number for any future plumbing/central heating/boiler issues.
