The Silent Disco Guys Bewertungen

The Silent Disco Guys were excellent. Great equipment, easy to book, delivered and collected on time.

Added tablets to the order which were easy to use.

Would highly recommend.

We loved the Karaoke machine! It was a great part of my 50th Birthday party. It was easy to use and the instructions made everything super clear. Very impressed with the communication and information received.

Brilliant, professional and kind staff,
Great doing business with you!

Great customer service. Arrived on time, easy to set up. Very good detailed instructions and picked up as expected. All in all, very satisfied and would order again.

These guys were second-to-none when it came to customer service. They were so helpful when I submitted an enquiry via email, and really helpful and responsive with every subsequent email (of which there were many!). I had to keep making follow-up enquiries (because of my own disorganisation!) and yet at every step they were so personable, patient and professional.
They were flexible when we needed to arrange a collection after initially selecting a post-office drop-off, for example, and when we accidentally sent the manual back to the wrong company (due to have equipment from a similarly-named company at the same event) they were so kind and understanding, even arranging to sort the mix-up directly with the other company.
I would use these guys for silent disco or karaoke hire again in a heartbeat.

Hired the Karaoke machine from The Silent Disco Guys for a birthday celebration and had the BEST time !!
Delivery, collection and queries all 5*
One feature which is invaluable is the possibility to adjust the pitch of the songs to suit your singers range, and a quick practice on some key songs and set-up the night before makes for a great evening

Hired the Karaoke machine for a works party. The equipment was great and easy to set up. Clear instructions and secure Delivery and collection.
Having the QR code on the screen got everyone involved and we had a Fantastic evening. Thoroughly recommend.

Absolutely amazing experience from start to finish, best price I could find anywhere, delivered by courier on the Thursday and collected on Monday. So easy to set up Karaoke machine. The idea of sending photos to show unpacked of equipment and repacking when sending back is a great addition. So helpful over the phone also. If you’re thinking of adding something special to your party these guys have some great equipment. Thank you again it made my sons 21st special, can’t believe how many of his mates were eager to get on the microphones🤣 will definitely use again 🥰

Absolutely amazing! I had a few questions about set up before we hired the silent disco and Simon responded super quickly to all of them. Everything arrived with plenty of time to check the equipment and practice the set up, which made things nice and easy on the day of my 40th birthday party. Everyone had an absolute blast! Really recommend these guys for being super friendly and helpful

Top class service from the Disco guys. The whole process is so easy.

Cannot recommend enough. No issues with delivery or collection.
Equipment is high quality and would definitely use again.
Thankyou Silent 🕺 Guys 👏👏👏

The package was the most affordable I could find and I had the best party ever because of it! As soon as the silent disco came on, every single person was dancing until they went home and that was exactly what I wanted. It’s so hard to get people to dance anymore, but this made the entire night and some incredible memories. 10/10 recommend and would use again

Brilliant experience with this company. Hired a karaoke machine for my husband’s 40th birthday party. Great communication ahead of the event, arrived early so plenty of time to check everything, and appreciated tracking for drop off/pick up. Loved the easy set-up guide too. Loads of song choices and liked that extra batteries were provided for the mics too. Thanks.
