My experience as a customer has been great. Although I waited slightly longer than anticipated for delivery my queries were responded to quickly and quite clearly by someone actually interested in you as a customer. When delivering & building the bed a problem was spotted. The people delivering the bed were very apologetic and got onto the company immediately who then promised to rectify the problem and deliver the bed 3 days later. They actually turned it around that night and delivered it the next day! And the company is based a long way from me in London. I was emailed & contacted on the phone during this period by the founder, who was genuinely concerned about the issue and not only solved it incredibly quickly but with a goodwill gesture as well. A totally different experience to dealing with a large, faceless company. And the bed is gorgeous! I would not hesitate to recommend them to people based on my experiences.

Atención al cliente lamentable. Me han dejado sin cama y sin dinero.
Contacte con ellos en varias ocasiones antes de comprar y justo en el momento de la compra para asegurarme que recibiría el producto en tiempo (la fecha de entrega era decisiva para mi a la hora de comprar) en todos los casos me daban una fecha estimada aceptable.
Siempre me dijeron que era orientativa, pero nunca que podría demorarse hasta dos semanas más de lo que me indicaban.
Bien, pues dos días después de la compra (ya cobrada por supuesto) me indican una fecha de entrega desorbitada.
No me ofrecen solución alguna salvo que lo pedirían con urgencia pero que eso posiblemente no cambiaría la fecha. Pero que esperara una semana por si acaso.
Obviamente no podía perder ni un día más.
Me anulan el pedido y todavía me dicen que el dinero me lo abonarán en 6-7 días. Es decir , no dispongo de ello si quiera para comprarlo en otro lugar.
Lo peor de todo: cuando solicito hablar con un responsable (para que den orden de abono al menos más acelerada, ya que todo esto lo han provocado ellos) me cortan la conversación. Lo han hecho hasta en 3 ocasiones. Y no es que se corte por tiempo, no! Cierran ellos el chat de repente con mensaje estándar de despedida.
En resumen: cero resolutivos, sin ganas de ofrecer ninguna solución , muy majos hasta que compras pero después son hasta maleducados.

When you spend ₹2.75 Lakhs on something called a “Smart AI Mattress” — you expect premium support, flawless quality, and at least basic accountability. What we received instead was a masterclass in post-purchase abandonment, miscommunication, and corporate insensitivity.

We bought the SenseAI Smart Analyser Mattress (King, 12-inch, 78”x72”) and received it on 21-May-2025.
From day one:
• The remote didn’t work — and still doesn’t.
• Not a single technician, demo expert, or basic user orientation was provided.
• Their own staff had zero training on how to operate the “AI” features.
• It felt like the mattress was more “marketing AI” than real technology.

🔁 Return Request – Placed on 19-June-2025. Still Ignored.
We placed an official return request on 19th June, well within the policy. Their site acknowledged it. But a month later:
• No pickup. No refund. No closure.
• We received spam-marked calls from unknown numbers repeatedly — not to solve, but to convince us to “use the product for 2 more months” instead of returning.
• When calls were unanswered, they falsely claimed “customer not reachable” and closed the support ticket.
• Multiple escalation emails to support addresses bounced back due to mail server errors — even their communication system is broken.

Until then, this review is for every Indian family considering them: don’t just fall for pretty photos and fancy words — ask if they will stand by you when things go wrong.
Because for me, they didn’t.
They proudly declare themselves a “science-backed, purpose-driven, comfort-obsessed” brand — with founders like Priyanka Salot and Kritarth Upadhyay frequently featured in interviews preaching innovation, empathy, and customer centricity. They bring in Anil Kapoor, speak of “AI-powered sleep revolution,” and market themselves as disruptors.
there’s a vast gap between what they preach and what they practice — it is betrayal.

Awful customer service, i would not recommend them at all, the staff working at the showroom ignore you and the prices are far too high for what you are getting.
We purchased a king sized ottoman bed with a power lift option, it was a fantastic price that blew the competition out completely.
Ordered in December and had it delivered and installed by their own team in January.
Fantastic communication with Emma in customer services, if they don't answer phone straight away, they will always call you back either by phone or email.
Absolutely satisfied with the product, well built and the material is lovely and soft.
The power option was fantastic and can be added on all their ottoman range of beds.
It also has battery back up, just in case you have a power cut when you have bed in the up position!
Being flat packed I thought this was going to quite flimsy, but it is solid and because no retaining divider if you have seperate bases, there is loads of room!
Overall we're extremely happy with this purchase and highly recommend this company too.
The sleep Co were an absolute dream to deal with. In particular Emma our sales representative was so responsive and kept in contact with us from the moment we ordered till the day we had the bed delivered.
She was so brilliant and arranged for our bed to be delivered early as well. I cannot thank Emma & the Sleep Co enough for all of their assistance.
