I had an awful experience with SmartCarWash Ltd. Honestly, I wish I had never gone there. The service was sloppy, rushed, and nowhere near the standard they advertise. My car came out looking almost the same as when I brought it in—still dirty in places, with streaks all over the windows and soap residue left behind.

On top of that, the staff were rude and dismissive when I pointed out the issues. Instead of fixing it, they acted like I was being unreasonable. The whole process felt like a waste of time and money.

If you care about your car, I’d strongly recommend avoiding SmartCarWash Ltd. There are plenty of other places that actually take pride in their work—this company clearly doesn’t.

I'm extremely disappointed with the service I received today. I had a 2 PM appointment, and nobody informed me of any delays. After texting at 2:15 PM, I was told the agent wouldn't arrive until 3:30-4 PM, which I stated was unacceptable. The arrival time was then revised to 3:00-3:30 PM. At 3:26 PM, I followed up again and was informed by the assigned agent that he had just received the job and wouldn't be there until 4:10 PM. While I appreciate his work, the overall customer service was appalling, with the delay blamed on traffic. A 2.5-hour traffic delay is unreasonable. I will not be using this service again. Additionally, my request to cancel and receive a refund of my deposit was denied.

Majid who cleaned my car really took his time to work on my Toyota Yaris cleaning every small detail exceptionally well. A Extremely polite well mannered young lad. Will definitely be using them again and recommending to family and friends. Also Price was the most compatible I found for my area. (Hertfordshire) a very affordable service from the comfort of your own home.

Great company to do business with who are passionate about what they do! 

I am extremely disappointed with the level of customer service I received from this company. Wanting to support a local business, I gave them a chance, but unfortunately the experience has been very poor.

I originally booked an appointment for 9:00 AM today. Yesterday, I was contacted and told they could not make the agreed time, and was instead offered a 2:00–3:00 PM slot. Since I was travelling, I made it clear that this time would not work and suggested rescheduling for another day while I explored other options. I was very clear that 2:00–3:00 PM was not possible for me.

Shortly after, I was told they would rearrange things to honor the original 9:00 AM booking, so I put my search for another detailer on hold. Then this morning, I was contacted again and told they would be late, arriving instead between 10:00–11:00 AM. I remained understanding and accommodating.

However, I later received yet another call saying that due to an “emergency,” my appointment was being moved to 2:00–3:00 PM after all—the very time I had already declined. This felt both suspicious and incredibly unprofessional.
I have no issues with the time being rescheduled but why didn't you let me take my business elsewhere when I suggested that yesterday. If you had, I'd be happily on my way to Wales and would be looking forward to an appointment with you in the future, recognising that life happens.

I am now left with no alternative options, wasted time, and the feeling that I’ve been strung along. This is a complete disregard for customers and an awful way to run a business. The only reason I even tried them was to support local—but after this, I’ll never use them again and will be warning others to avoid them too.
