I ordered 2 covers on 28/12/22 and am still waiting for them to arrive even though they have been paid for. I have contacted the coy but no one has had the courtesy to reply to my enquiry.
Hope the covers will arrive very soon

I ordered two seater cover which did not fit my two sitter sofa and I contacted customer service and they sent new item out straight away. Communication was excellent. Better still the quality of the product is excellent. Highly recommend this company.

Order took 55 days to arrive despite the 5-10 day delivery they advertise. They weren't apologetic and certainly weren't interested in providing a partial/full refund during the 35 days I was waiting for the order.

Took 3 weeks to arrive, difficult to cancel and refund despite not being dispatched.

We had contemplated on recovering our two
seater settee at a cost of 800 pounds, but the
covers we purchased were briliant.

The quality of my covers was not as I expected and because of a ban on posting packages to anywhere outside of the UK I can’t return them for a refund. It would be better if the company had an agency in the UK to deal with any problems.

The product was poor quality with stitching incomplete. Attempting to get a refund and returning the item was painful, I had fortunately paid via paypal and after several emails from the Sofa Cover House offering me a 35% refund, then 50% refund I went through paypal and after further bartering managed to get a full refund and I returned the product to FRANCE. This is not a UK based company so please be aware. They have a very professional website which draws you in, check out TrustPilot for real reviews as I doubt very much this review will make it to their website.

The covers do not fit my couch. I have emailed the company asking about the return and refund process and a Kimberly just keeps replying to my emails with a semi automated reply telling me to watch the video and offering a refund which started at 25%, I said not I would like to return to which I received another email offering 50%. Again I said no and they have offered 75%, emails take 24 hours to respond too. Absolute joke. Now they are asking if I would like different covers. Frustrating and horrendous customer service!

Great communication with company, over delivery of sofa covers. You can easily track what stage your sofa covers are at. Some explanation enclosed with covers of how to put them on would have been useful, but plenty of videos out there.

Quick delivery. Sofa cover was slightly too big but the quality and colour was great. Would have liked to have separate seat covers also.

Ordered the correct size. Received the wrong size. Asked for money back. No chance, only got 35% refund on a £64 order. Will definitely not be doing business with this company again.

The covers are great. I have been able to refresh my tired-looking sofa and chair without the expense of reupholstering or made-to-measure covers.

Really wish I had seen these reviews! My new years resolution is to check here before buying.
Website looks really good, the covers took longer than expected to arrive, but Xmas Eve, they landed on my doorstep. Excited at opening the package, was really disappointed in the product, was like a shabby dishcloth, the fabric really poor and the stitching was coming apart. I did not even attempt to fit it to my sofa as it would rip apart. Contacted the company on Boxing Day as per their terms and conditions for a returns label. No joy, they offered me a 35% discount and I can keep the product, or perhaps give it to a friend. No Way... I'd be mortified to receive anything like this. I'm waiting for a response.

I really should have read these reviews! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. I measured my sofa really carefully and followed all of the fitting instructions. No joy. I contacted the company on the same day as delivery and have become embroiled in some kind of Kafkaesque nightmare where they keep asking me if I want a different cover but refuse to refund me. I think I'm in closer contact with them than I am with my own mother! They are a truly awful company. Look elsewhere for your covers.
