I ordered a node and Bitaxe Halo to Sweden, delivery was fast and smooth. Their support was super responsive during the device setup, and the hardware itself looks absolutely gorgeous.

When things go wrong, as they sometimes do, the entire experience can be rescued with good customer service.

In this case, I'm happy to report that when I had a problem with the very first item I ordered from The Solo Mining Co, it was a refreshingly pain-free experience to have it resolved. I contacted the company and was asked me to try a couple of things - I did so but, unfortunately, it didn't help. No further questions asked, the faulty item was returned and a new one dispatched promptly. The new item was fine, and I've since ordered a few more items comfortable in the knowledge that this is a rare breed of company that seems to actually value customer service. No hesitation in recommending or buying from them again.

Bought the Bitaxe Gamma Black Edition and was very impressed with the quality of the unit. Work very well but developed an issue. Contacted Duncan for advice he diagnosed it was a power issue and he replaced the unit no quibbles.
