I looked into your order and found that we had previously sent the instructions to begin the replacement process. Unfortunately, I also discovered that your request for additional assistance came through as part of your CSAT response, which meant we did not see it in time to respond. I'm very sorry for that oversight and for the frustration it caused.
I'd be happy to help get this resolved for you. Could you please let me know if you would prefer a replacement in the next size up or a refund instead?
Also, could you let me know if the shirt is still in new condition with all of its original tags attached? This information will help me prioritize the best solution for you and get the process moving as quickly as possible.

They have a really great selection and the service has always been top-notch. I have purchased several suits there, and I also take both of my adult aged sons there for suits, shirts and neckties. I highly recommend!

The team there listened to what I was looking for and pulled a variety of options across all price points. Not only did they speak with me about my feelings on the suit, they also actively engaged my wife on her own thoughts an opinions.
