Their tea is top notch... but more than that, their customer service has been over the top great. When a package arrived damaged, not only did they replace the order quickly, but they included an extra "sorry about that" in the order. Communication was kind, and they are a pleasure to buy from. Highly recommend.

My first contact with The Tea Spot was an order of a screw-on mason jar filter. I do love this item! I had a couple of questions about cleaning it and when I reached out to Customer Service at The Tea Spot, Tracy was extraordinary in her knowledge, enthusiasm and focus with my questions.

Since that first contact with The Tea Spot, I have communicated with Tracy a few times. She has been generous with her recommendations and I have ordered a few more items, both wares and teas.

The Tea Spot's Blood Orange Smoothie herbal "tea" is fragrant and delicious! This is a tea company who really cares about its customers and I look forward to my further association with them.

I’ve been getting my Tea from The Tea Spot for quite awhile. The organic Black Pu’reh is my favorite. But, I always love a cup of Morning Mojo. The prices are fair, and the quality can’t be beat. I had an issue with my most recent order. It was handled with speed and professionalism. I am a very happy customer.

I’ve bought tea from this company for years. I’ve never been disappointed in the quality of the tea I have received. That’s first. Second, though, they publish all the information, so you know what’s in the tea, where it was sourced, if it was grown organically, etc..
They have a huge assortment of teas, finally, and you can find all the information you need about the best ways to enjoy your purchase.

The Tea Spot provides the highest quality products available and absolutely amazing customer service. Getting both from one place does not happen by accident! There are so many, really delicious and organic choices, high-quality looseleaf tea and a ton of information about their products and about tea in general. I’ve contacted customer service a couple of times with general questions about products and always been pleased with the interactions. The Tea Spot has consistently been wonderful, but on my most recent order the infuser I recieved (as a free promo btw) came bent out of shape. I responded to the email for the order and recieved an almost immediate response sending me a new one along with an additional free gift. I was already over the moon with The Tea Spot as a company, so now I must be at intergalactic levels of happy with the professionalism here.special shout out to Angie for the expedient and professional service.

The Tea Spot quite simply has wonderful, quality-sourced teas that taste delicious as well as supporting good health! I value the emphasis on the tea leaves or herbal ingredients rather than a lot of added "natural flavors" . Customer support is awesome (and still features real people)! THE Tea Spot. The word "the" should be in all caps because they really are second to none. The freshness, the assortment, the flavorful tastes, the aromas, the seasonal options, the Steepware, the samples and discount codes in every order, the website, the rewards program, the promotions and dont get me started on the customer service! Questions, concerns and suggestions are answered and addressed promptly and you feel as if you're speaking to family. Truly, they are one of America's best companies even outside of the tea.

They are really fast to help and are really helpful and mindful. All of their products are really good quality.

I needed a replacement tea strainer/infuser basket for my Tetsubin tea pot. I emailed customer service after trying to find a replacement strainer elsewhere. Angie let me know it was not available on the website but could send one out for a small charge and shipping. She even setup the order so all I had to do was enter payment details. Quick turnaround and great customer service.

I sent a package from the Tea Spot to my daughter but she never received it. I reached out to the company and Angie promptly replied. This is my favorite tea company by far. Women-owned, donating some profit, environmentally and human-health friendly packaging and tea bags… they’ve thought of everything. But what I love the most is how great the teas taste and make me feel. The Desert Sage is a unique and effective digestive tea that really helps. I wrote with a query about a product and a real person wrote to me right away. The packaging is gorgeous so the 15 sachet bags or tins make great gifts. I enjoy supporting this business so much!

About a year ago I found the Earl of Grey tea from the Tea Spot. I have been a lifelong fan of Earl Grey teas so I decided to give it a shot. Once I opened the bag and smelled the tea, I knew this was going to be “next level”! Once I brewed the Earl of Grey and took my first sip (with local wildflower honey and vanilla creamer) I realized that this was Earl Grey on steroids. The flavor is so much more than any tea I have ever tasted. I would consider myself a semi-professional tea taster so you can trust me on this. It’s the best, period.

I did not receive my order from Tea Spot. When I reached out to let them know, Angie was extremely helpful for the next week as we waited to see if it would be delivered. When it wasn’t she had another order sent to me within days. The customer service I received was polite and efficient! Nice job, Tea Spot:)

You will never find better customer service anywhere than at The Tea Spot. Ever. I've had lots and lots of friendly, expert and speedy assistance from them over the years (addresses changed, deliveries consolidated, subscriptions adjusted, mixed-up orders of mine corrected, etc.). But nothing can top the help they gave me today when a gift recipient of mine, who lives alone and whose package had already been sent out, ended up having emergency surgery and wasn't going to be home to keep neighbors from noticing an unclaimed package at the front step in a day or two.

True to form, The Tea Spot tried, though unsuccessfully, to use their influence with the shipper to have the package returned to them for credit to me or readdressed for shipment to me instead. They then told me that if someone else could get hold of the package upon arrival and write "return to sender" on it, that would still work. They promised to process my reorder immediately if the package was missing when the recipient got home, desperately in need some lovely tea. They also invited me to get back to them if there was anything else they could try to do. Then they even asked after the gift recipient and sent best wishes for an uneventful recovery. This was, like, an hour or less after my message to them once I'd been unable to get the shipper to help fix things. The customer service people at The Tea Spot swiftly jumped on a problem that wasn't even theirs, and at the same time made me feel better and reassured on a very tough day for me.

There's nothing else like these folks. Whenever you need help, you'll thank your lucky stars if you're dealing with The Tea Spot. And if you are already a customer, please send them some appreciation for their work along with your next message to obtain assistance. They totally deserve it.
