Custom size mattress
We ordered a custom size mattress in the premium nursery grade foam. We have an old cot from 1997 which isn’t a standard size, and the mattress we ordered is perfect in every way- measurements, quality, materials and quick manufacture/delivery.

Had the most amazing experience with this company. Ordered a set size mattress and the wrong one arrived, got in touch with customer care and they were so quick and efficient with making sure I had the mattress collected and a new one ordered right away. Given this was directly over the Christmas period, they were still quick to act and continuously checked on my and my order throughout the process (which overall only took a few weeks). So extreemely happy with result of bespoke made matress and highly recommmend.

Absolutely perfect
Absolutely perfect.
I was struggling to find a replacement mattress for my existing Maxi Cosi Iora - even the manufacturers website doesn’t stock them! - and couldn’t find any other mattress that fit the bedside cot correctly. I even tried a newer model of the Maxi Cosi and the mattress wouldn’t lay flat. When I came across the Tiny Bed Company I was worried it wouldn’t arrive in time for baby, but it came well in time. The mattress is of a very high quality and I’m very happy with it. Thank you!

It’s been more than 10 business days since i submitted the order, and it hasn’t been fulfilled yet. The company claims it has faced delays over the year end period and that they are treating the order as a priority; this however did not result in anything tangible. Still no dispatch or delivery, after more than 10 business days. Extremely disappointing.

We would like to add a little context for clarity. Your order was placed during the Christmas holiday period, and we have been in touch with you by email throughout to explain that, due to the year end closure, dispatch would take place within the first two weeks of January. This timeframe was communicated on more than one occasion.
We also contacted you directly today to confirm that your order is being dispatched today, which is within the timeframe we advised. Unfortunately, the review was left after this conversation had already taken place.
We completely understand how important timely delivery is, especially when you are waiting on something you are excited to receive, and we are sorry that the wait felt longer than expected. We truly appreciate your patience over the holiday period and hope that once your order arrives, it brings some reassurance and a much better experience overall.

Buyer beware - Wrong mattress size delivered. Customer service unwilling to fix it.
I ordered the stokke v2 mattress which the website says measures at 122x 68 cm. The mattress that was delivered measures at 69.5 in width and therefore doesn’t fit my cot. I have been emailing with the company all week about this. First they said my cot was the wrong version, which it isn’t. Then they said the stokke v2 dimensions are 70 cm wide - I then sent them the spec from stokke that confirms the dimensions are 68 wide (which is also what they advertise on their website).
They are refusing to refund me (because I took the mattress out of the plastic) or replace the mattress with a correctly sized mattress.
I have sent multiple photos and links with evidence and they are refusing to move forward.
I have asked for someone to call me and they haven’t and there’s no number to call.

Our mattress (122 x 68cm) is built to fit perfectly on the curved internal base (122 x 70cm) of the Stokke Sleepi Cot V2 model (pre-September 2022). From the measurements shared with us, it appears the cot base in use is slightly smaller than these specifications, which is consistent with the fit issues you’re experiencing rather than a fault with the mattress itself.
We highlight on the product page that it is important to check both cot model and measurements before ordering, and we are always available to help confirm the right fit wherever needed.
For hygiene and safety reasons, all mattresses are classed as non-returnable unless in a rare occasion they are confirmed faulty. Returns are accepted within a 14-day period, and customers are able to check the mattress in position for fit while the protective packaging remains sealed.
We are continuing to support you via email to help find the best solution. Ensuring that your experience with us becomes a positive one.

Had a custom crib mattress made
Had a custom crib mattress made, very quick email response confirming sizes etc with in minutes of order being placed, and I thought pretty reasonable price wise and good service.
I then emailed them exactly 40 minutes later to ask if they would add custom made sheets to my order so I didn’t have to pay double postage, their response “I was to late” as the order had been processed!
I would have understood if they’d made the mattress and mailed it but it was literally 40 minutes from mattress order to requesting custom made sheets.
So sadly went else where and didn’t pay postage.
A little flexibility would have helped.
Mattress received today does have a strange smell to it, also no email saying been dispatched it had been left and blown under our car !
So it’s been a mixed experience sadly the negatives out ways the positives.

We had a custom made mattress for our little boys bed after my partner decided to build a bed to fit in an awkward place 🌟 I can honestly say it’s amazing the quality is lovely! so so pleased i found this website, will definitely use again 😍 All done and received under 2 weeks and the price was great too.

Great customer service and excellent quality
I needed a custom mattress for an oval cot and the Tiny Bed Company made it super easy to do, and followed up with me to ensure I sent additional pictures so they could get the fit correctly. The resulting mattress is beautiful quality, amazingly comfortable (yet within child depth regulations) and fits the frame perfectly. Would 100% order from them again.
