Connections were made quickly from the point of arrival ( actually even before arrival as I managed to pick up another attendee en route),making it feel like one big family. No airs and graces , genuine love, connection and passion to help others bring the change they desire into their lives.
The power of group work was medicine for the soul.and not to be underestimated. Alexander, Daisy, Claire and Connor provide an amazing 4 day programme that flows with intention, understanding and love.
Hop lovingly and inspiringly produced feasts that catered for what our bodies needed in this space.
An unforgettable experience that penetrates every cell in your body. You can't help but feel you leave there having grown in resilience and connection to self, others and this beautiful world.

I entered this experience physically and mentally feeling numb and empty. I had absolutely no idea what to expect and purposefully didn’t seek out any information to give me preconceived thoughts about what the retreat would involve. I came to the retreat wanting change but not knowing if it was possible for me. This experience not only opened my eyes, but opened my heart to so much of life that I was missing out on.

The work that Alexander, Daisy, Clare and Connor did with us over the weekend was utterly profound. I have never felt safer to be able to express myself and give an experience my absolute all. I’ve gained confidence, a sense of my true self, an understanding of what it means to be connected with others, and to be present, and I feel I’ve only just opened the door to a new path of learning. This is the beginning, a true reawakening and it wouldn’t have started without this amazing retreat and all the outstanding humans I shared the time with.

I will be forever grateful that after managing to walk through the door, I was met with so much love and support. The retreat is held in beautiful, calming surroundings and the soulful food prepared over the weekend by Hop was created and served with so much love.

I cannot recommend this work enough and would urge anyone who is even remotely curious to give it a go. The knowledge and passion within the Unmasked Woman team must be second to none. Absolutely blown away by the weekend and the aftercare that has also followed. Endlessly grateful 🙏🏻

This experience is four days of life changing brilliance, guided by four incredible facilitators. It is very powerful and really does bring about change in who you are and how you feel about life and in yourself. As a psychotherapist, I’ve done lots of inner work. I know when I’m safe to go into difficult emotions, and I was very safe to go there with Alexander, Daisy, Claire and Connah. I’m highly recommending it to every woman, both those reading this review and those I know. If you’re thinking about it, don’t hesitate. You won’t regret it.

I knew I needed to do something as after a massive shock 18 months ago, which I seemed to calmly walk through, I had started to feel at odds with myself. I've done an amount of healing processes in the past but not in the last few years. It was really time to focus on myself for once and this retreat came highly recommended.
The team were incredible, and after a short time with other participants I began to feel at home. I recalled some really deep issues from over 35 years ago and was OH so ready to let them go!
Through every stage I felt completely safe and understood, and utterly held with love. Its making me glow right now as I type this review, my eyes are filled with happy tears and my whole body feels warm.
Ella is right, the world needs so much more of this type of work. The retreat was worth every minute and every single penny.

I'm not sure I can really put into words how incredible and how special this retreat is. From the moment I walked into a house full of what was then strangers, I was made to feel instantly comfortable!

The work we did at the retreat was deep - I've done a lot of work on myself but this was an absolute game changer for me. I feel like other modalities have scratched the surface, but this retreat has actually healed lots of things within me, and awoken a force of power I'd forgotten existed.

The shifts were incredible, and I've walked away with friends for life. I didn't know why I initially wanted to do the retreat... but I was drawn to it and I'm so glad I did!!

The most powerful, life changing experience. I’ve experiences many retreats, but not one like this before. Working with the archetypes is so unique, and the different healing modalities used across the weekend are just out of this world, and so carefully put together to have the maximum impact.
Held by such experienced facilitators - it wouldn’t be possible to go to such depths within ourselves if we didn’t feel so deeply connected to Alexander, Daisy and the rest of the team. It takes a lot of trust, and the team are very special people and their work is really changing the world, through each person that experiences this can share a part of it with their friends, partners, family's and everyone they meet.
The accommodation is beautiful, the food absolutely delish, and every single detail thought of to make us feel comfortable, safe and held.
I can’t thank the Unmasked Woman enough, and I’ve continued to have 1-2-1 mentoring because this work ripples across all parts of my life, helping me in my own healing, business, relationships, everything! So powerful and I highly recommend other woman to take this brave step and join the next retreat.
