Simon Hewitt is very unprofessional and wouldn’t recommend him or his company to ANYONE. He went to my aunts house and did a full survey despite only being booked for a roof inspection. He then proceeded to criticise every thing and said not only was he basically saying the previous surveyors hadn’t done their job properly, he also made slanderous comments about the estate agent selling her house saying they ‘knew nothing’ and ‘always overpriced houses’ he told her she needed to lower her house asking price for the buyers who had agreed on £245k (original asking £260k) as it wasn’t worth what she wanted. He told the buyers who then pulled out of the sale. He caused a lot of distress to both my auntie and the estate agent on the case. He is arrogant and rude, he also took photos of her roof and posted on social media without her knowledge. AVOID!

Also claiming he’s a veteran surveyor yet his bio says the company has only been operations since 2022- 6 years and you’re a veteran?? Yet the lady selling the house has had 25 years experience selling houses but you’re suddenly better than her? - I think not!

Finally found a reliable contractor. Mark was able to co ordinate a wide range of trades and deliver a kitchen that was clean, mostly on time (supplier issues not his) and a stunning level of attention to detail and finish. Highly recommended.

Great company, used them for a pre purchase damp survey and highlighted a number of issues. Able to get some money off the purchase cost, but all items fixed within the forecast cost. Great comms and plan to use them again soon.

Had what was deemed as a handyman skirting board fit with what was described as grade 2 old stock.
Charged two hundred & fifty pounds & job was appalling. Shame I can't add photos as you then could see the full horror. Nails smashed in to one section which split the timber, an actual nail on another section sticking out & joins bodged or not even meeting. Acording to Simon Hewitt, the parasite boss, he could not see any problem with the work &thought it ok!,
They had done other work previously at a substantial cost but never this poorly.
Apparently unless they're making a fortune then you get a joke of a job.
NEVER USE THIS COMPANY.
