I had The Walk in Bath Co fit a totally new bathroom for my mother as she can no longer get in or out if her usual bath. Both my mother and I were extremely satisfied with the wonderful bathroom that was fitted, it's just what my mother needed. I was very impressed with quality of the bathroom and the service we received. Joe, who fitted the bathroom was very polite and friendly. He worked very hard and completed the bathroom a day earlier than was quoted. He showed great attention to detail and finished the job to perfection. He explained how to use all the equipment and cleaned up completely before leaving. I would definitely use the company again and would highly recomend them. Carolyn

The contractor Paul was very professional and friendly. Paul conducted his work efficiently and cleaned up after himself everyday. The workmanship was finished to high standard. I am very happy and pleased with my finished bathroom. The walk in shower is so much easier now for my self and my disabled son. Five Stars from us.

From day one Joe our fitter arrived on time and did a throughly professional job of fitting our extended new shower enclosure finishing on the allotted time of three days.We were totally impressed with the fit and the service offered by the walkinbathroom company.Needless to say if in the future we need another bathroom project done we will contact you and request that the work is done by Joe

The whole experience was great from start to finish - right from the initial enquiry phone call to completion of my new bath and shower today.
Special mentions to Paul Loat, who handled the initial enquiry and follow ups and to Steven the electrician who was here yesterday and Joe who installed the bath yesterday and today. No complaints at all!

From the initial enquiry to the completion of the job I was pleasantly surprised.
When I first contacted them a date was arranged , to suit me, in order to ascertain my needs .
Julie arrived and spent a couple of hours discussing my needs and the services they could provide. Upon agreeing to the installation, a date was arranged for a surveyor, Steve, to visit to quantify the viability of the plans,
The 'goods' duly arrived on the arranged date followed by Tony, the installer, who worked extremely hard to ensure the works were carried out to my satisfaction. It was made harder due to the complexity of pipework found under the floorboards, which Tony took in his stride. His whole demeanour was exemplary, and a pleasure to have in the property, I felt safe. He ensured I was kept up to date with the proceedings at the end of each day. His standard of work was excellent.
Upon completion, Tony ensured I was fully compliant with how everything worked and that I was happy with the works carried out.
With the final payment being made, a date was arranged to collect the rubbish from my property.
I am very grateful to all involved for the service I received.

So today we had our bathroom renovated into a accessible walk in shower and we couldn’t be happier, yes there was a little bit of Mis communication between the first visit to the installation but over all any problems that we did face, warren fixed and solved then with no problem, they accommodated our every need and the whole fitting process only took 3days. The bathroom irs self looks modern but classy and I really could be happier,

We recently had a bath fitted by this company. All of the workmen were very good. They fitted everything in good time and tidied up after themselves. They were also very nice people.
The main issue we had was that of communication from the Bath company. We did not know who would be arriving when which meant we wasted a lot of time just waiting for people to turn up.
The surveyor, while very pleasant, told us we would need to move our sink to gain access to the bath. This turned out to be incorrect but we had already purchased a sink with this in mind - we would have had a much wider choice of options had we known that a move was not necessary. It would also have been helpful to the plumber if the surveyor had noted down the measurements of the bathroom more accurately. We live in an old building and nothing is level, this required a lot of adjustment to the fittings by the plumber. Had he been warned ahead of time he would have been prepared.
On the whole I recommend the company, we are very pleased with the final product and the installation. The company just needs to improve its communication issues.

Fitted by the very friendly Warren, who explained all the workings and made sure we were happy with everything before he left.

We had our bathroom adapted which took 3 days. The whole operation was well planned down to the last detail, including removal of the waste. All contractors arrived on time and worked non-stop till the job was finished. We are very pleased with the result, all products are great quality and it is a very professional job.

I had my walk in shower fitted by The Walk In Bath Company on the 10th of July. I am very pleased with the work that has been done. The fitter name was Warren who was very thorough. He explained everything in detail to me. I am very happy with it and I will recommend you to my friends. Thank you for the good work that was done.

WFUL service from The Walk In Bath Company !
In August 2022 I accepted a quote from The Walk In Bath Company as they showed 5 star trust pilot in their brochure.
The works were completed on September 12 2022 in 7 days not 4 as was promised. I accepted that the results seemed satisfactory but the service from walk in baths was disgraceful. They asked for the last small deposit, but I had listed my complaints and said that this would be paid when I had received an acceptable answer and apology. This has not been received. After numerous requests via phone calls and emails I have only just been sent a letter which still does not answer my list of things of things I have complained about nor an apology. The only response I have been given is that walk in baths are “disappointed” to hear that I had an issue with the service. This isn’t good enough. You rate yourself’s as 5+ but that isn’t the experience I’ve had. I’m extremely upset and wouldn’t recommend this company to anyone!

My wife and I are delighted with our refurbished bathroom. It is everything we hoped for which is down to your fitter Chris Ellingham who is a credit to The Walk In Bath Co. We would recommend your company to everyone. 10/10

Just wanted to say a big thank. I spoke to a number of similar companies about the issues my mum was experiencing in her normal bathroom. You understood these issues and came up with an affordable solution to her challenges. From initial contact to instillation the process was simple and myself and my mother were kept informed every step of the way. High quality fixtures and fittings were installed and my mum loves her new bathroom. Would highly recommend. James

The initial installation of bathroom was excellent apart from waiting 5 weeks for a working wash basin . Also at this 5 week interval our hall carpet was soaked & all the floorboards were wet through. The electrician/ plumber went above & beyond to locate the leak & also went out & bought handles for the vanity unit which had not been fitted. He located the leak on the pipework dripping every 10 seconds . Which it had been since installation 5 weeks previous so obviously had not been checked for leaks as in their terms and conditions nor the installation sign off check list number 19 . I recorded my complaint to managing director and deducted £55 10% for poor or faulty service . I also said due to their alleged breach of contract under several items in their terms & conditions , they should obtain the remaining outstanding payment of £1000 from the installers as I had no contract with them ,but they had. Due to their negligence in failing to check for leaks . The Plumber/electrician who came to fit the pump to the pipework of the wash basin was efficient & as far as we know there was no leaks & we had a working wash basin at last . On return from holiday however we found again water coming up through the floor boards and the wask basin cabinet also wet . Been leaking a while as rust mark in bottom of cabinet . At this time we received a letter from the accounts department saying we owed them £1055 outstanding more than 90 days & unless this sum was paid they would take legal action against us & place the debt with a debt recovery company. We had the bath fitted as my wife was diagnosed with dementia in March 2021 she is 78 me 83 . We could well do without the additional stress & anxiety also the intimidating letter . Especially as we still haven't had our legal requirements met by this company due to their negligence all well documented & photographs of latest leak/s . I replied to accounts telling them their right hand didn't know what their left hand was doing , as it was well documented that I was not going to pay the £1055 because of the breach of contract under their terms and conditions. And the installation check list which forms part of the contract had not been completed or signed off. This is appalling behaviour from a so called reputable company that has ignored all their incompetence & negligence causing us a lot of stress especially two elderly people who expected the company to put this right . Disgraceful .

Very satisfied with my walk in bath. Lucian did an excellent job , never chipped one tile removing old bath.! Always pleasant and helpful. When talking to company on phone everyone was helpful. Would recommend this company.

The fitters, Darren and Andy, were efficient and very pleasant. They removed the bath and fitted the new shower in two days. The workmanship was excellent and the results fantastic. This has made life so much easier being able to bathe without the need for assistance. Highly recommended.
