I bought the medium size table and 2 chairs and then the blanket. I am very happy with them and cannot recommend them enough.

Not only was Octavia brilliant with communication, the chair I purchased is excellent in quality! So light, stylish and comes in a beautiful carrier bag. Perfect for carrying to festivals, trips to the beach or have in the back for an extra guest. Outstanding service and product. 10/10!

I met octavia at badminton horse trials. Her stand was so eye catching and she was so lovely and even had her dog with her. I took a leaflet away and recently bought 4 chairs and a table which were on special offer. I’m so happy with the service I received and the quality of the products I received. What a wonderful little brand! Having recently met the owner at a local show, I am a big fan of the whole aesthetic. We purchased a gorgeous ‘everything bag’ which I’ve taken on its first proper outing today and received so many compliments! I’ve also got my eye on one of the fold away chairs. Love everything about this brand!

I don’t usually leave reviews — something has to be either terrible or truly exceptional, and thankfully this is very much the latter.

I recently purchased a table and chair set at a local show, and I am absolutely thrilled with both the product and the quality. It’s clear that a huge amount of thought has gone into the design; the care and attention to detail set these pieces apart from the usual table-and-chair offerings. The chairs are comfortable yet lightweight, and the table folds neatly into an easy‑carry bag. The feel‑good factor is a definite 10 out of 10.

A special mention must also go to the owner, who was both charming and a pleasure to deal with. Her passion for the brand shines through and any continued success is thoroughly deserved.

Whilst the products ordered (Safari Picnic Set for 2) arrived as described, and work perfectly adequately, for the price I was slightly disappointed with the quality. The arms of the chairs are made of a different material to the rest of the item which looks odd in-person, and I am not sure I would trust 100kg on the table - but haven't tested it!

i bought an olive green fleece-lined coat at a Christmas fair in November. This was an impulse buy because it was a horrid, wet day and the Well Heeled Hippy stand was right at the entrance to the barn. I can honestly say it's the best country coat I've ever bought. I've worn it on a daily basis since November and only just washed it for the first time when the May Bank Holiday heatwave began.
Well done for creating such a fantastic product, which is totally wind proof, water proof and cosy with it's lovely fleece lining.

I purchased two full-size folding chairs from this shop on Etsy, choosing them because the listing advertised a robust "120 kg (264 lbs) weight-bearing load" and messages from the shop assured me the 600D Oxford cloth was highly durable and designed for longevity.

Unfortunately, the product experienced a sudden structural failure. After less than a year of light seasonal use, the seat fabric completely split down the middle while a 140 lb (63 kg) adult was sitting on it. The failure was sudden and clean right through the center of the canvas, while the stitching and frame remained fully intact, indicating a material defect. We have followed all care instructions – storing them indoors overnight and keeping them dry – making the breakdown highly unexpected. Because of the safety risk, the second chair is unusable.

Additionally, the listing did not disclose that the wooden arms arrive wrapped in shipping plastic over raw, unsealed lumber.

The customer service experience was particularly disappointing. When first contacted with high-resolution photos of the split canvas, the shop claimed the images were "too blurry to assess" and requested extensive multi-angle video footage of completely unaffected components. However, the moment I set a boundary and declined to send additional video footage, the shop's stance completely shifted: they were suddenly able to review the exact same photos in microscopic detail to claim the chair showed "wear and dirt" and deny a refund.

Given the high cost of international shipping from the US back to the UK, an exchange or return is not viable. I am sharing this factual timeline so other international buyers can make an informed decision regarding the structural longevity and support experience of these products.

UPDATE (June 2026):
Following this review, the shop owner sent me a private message on Etsy demanding my personal address details and explicitly stating that if I do not comply within 7 days, they will "be seeking legal advice" regarding this Trustpilot review.

What the merchant publicly claims below about "mould and intense weathering" is a complete fabrication to avoid accountability. What the merchant publicly frames as a helpful "offer to arrange collection" is, in reality, a private ultimatum involving legal intimidation to force the removal of honest consumer feedback. I have forwarded the screenshots of these legal threats and buyer harassment directly to Etsy Support for an active internal investigation.

Fabulous coat . Well made and so warm with the heat pads . Lovely deep lined pockets, hood a great shape and doesn’t blow down in wind. It is both waterproof and wind proof( as tested in recent horrendous weather) When I ordered I was informed out of stock and expected after Christmas and they kept me updated on delivery times .

Outstanding communications throughout, superb product and excellent price point.

I met the owner at Windsor Horse Show and sat in the Safari Chairs - subsequently ordered some and they are wonderful and so well made.

Easy to use website.

We met Octi on a dog walk, and she had with her the perfect bag. She explained it was her brand which didn't surprise us, as it seemed as nice as she was and so we purchased one. It was delivered very promptly and the quality is beautiful. Look out for two Beagles and a happy dog walker and ask where she got her bag from :)
