Refused to deliver despite giving 3 alternate adresses and blamed it on the delivery company

Horrendous customer service

Ordered a tyre for my new car Tuesday afternoon, great service and price, received it before 12:00 the following day. Quality of tyre first class, jack and accessories and bag. Very pleased.

Not the cheapest on the internet but great quality wheel, tyre (Hankook) , tool kit,bag and wheel bolt down . The delivery fast, less that quoted in days, the parts were all brand new. There was a minor issue re packaging damaged and one of the parts was missing, courtesy of the courier company. I emailed their customer service with packaging damage and Michael, emailed me, posted a new one immediately , received the following day. Also £100 cheaper than the dealer price. In all great service and very pleased I chose them.

Very helpful staff and wheel was delivered within a few days. Very happy with the product and service.

Ordered a spare for mg car. Wheel seemed ok but not as shown on picture. Only a bit of tread. Not sure if this is normal. I also paid for 2 day delivery and it took 3 days so wasted my money. Contacted them about it. No reply. Not great service. But prices are good compared to others.

Absolutely brilliant, excellent advice over the telephone, placed the order for the space saver wheel, jacking kit and wheel brace, and it arrived the next day.

Vauxhall could get me the wheel and jacking kit, for around £230, but not the tyre and everywhere else I rang local, couldn't get the tyre for weeks, or it would have cost over £100.

The Wheel Shop provided everything for under £130, and it has a brand new Continental Tyre. Excellent service all round. Thank you.

They were very prompt giving useful advice, the spare wheel, tools and clamp arrived in good condition and in good time.

Excellent service, the product arrived within 24 hours and was exactly as advertised. If I ever need another wheel/spare I know where to go!

Great advice from the shop regarding the wheel size I needed, and really fast delivery. I bought an 18 inch space saver spare for my 2023 Tuscan (which does not come with a spare) after suffering a side wall blow out. This made the inflator kit provided by Hyundai completely useless.
Really good service and much cheaper than a Hyundai version.

Really pleased I bought my spare wheel from these guys instead of picking up a second hand wheel off a well know auction site.
Quality rim and tyre. Went for the option with a jack and wheel brace. Couldn't be happier. Arrived within 48 hours. Great service.

Excellent service, ordered a new steel rim for my car on Monday and it was delivered on Tuesday.

Excellent service. My spacesaver wheel and toolkit arrived promptly and in excellent condition. Very helpful customer service giving good clear advice. Strongly recommended if, like me, you have no faith in an aerosol can of foam to get you home after a puncture.

I ordered a space saver wheel for my Mercedes on the Tuesday and my order was delivered on the Wednesday. Excellent service and I would not hesitate to use and recommend this Company again.

I have bought three times wheels here and very satisfied with the service provided.

In my experience, you find out how good or bad a company is, not when things go well, but when they go wrong. In this instance I made a mistake and purchased a space-saver wheel for my daughter's Hyundai Tuscon, without actually checking that it would fit in the well in the boot. What I hadn't realised was that her car was a "Mild" hybrid and there was an electric motor fitted in the space for a tyre. I immediately contacted the WheelShop to see if I could return it and was advised it was no problem at all. I therefore sent it back and was immediately issued with a full refund. I have also used this company before and would not hesitate to use them again.

astonishingly awful...

honestly, asking for information on what tyres they could supply, at what price and what the basic performance of the tyres were was met as though I have asked them to provide the answer to the meaning of life itself...

how they expect to retail tyres without supplying, the price or the performance of the tyres is beyond me..

They had what I needed in stock. Quick delivery and good prices

I ordered a space saver wheel on Monday , It arrived on Tuesday , everything correct , Brilliant service will definitely recommend, Thankyou for a 5 star service , Excellent , Pete. Shrewsbury .

Excellent Company, I ordered a space saver wheel with jack and wheel brace, and it arrived two days later. I tried it on the car and is perfect. Customer service David was lovely as I had a query before ordering. They are a brilliant company and I would definitely recommend them.

Not very helpful to deal with!
