I have used the nettle soap for a couple of years now and wouldn’t use anything else.
When I had knee joint problems I tried a few other creams and thought I would give the nettle balm a go, actually not really expecting it to make any difference either but to my surprise and relief it really did help. Thankfully haven’t had to use it since but it will be my 1st go to should I have the same problem again.
