I had such a great experience with The Women's Clinic. The appointment was very thorough and everyone I spoke to was very kind and welcoming. Dr Smith really took her time during my appointment. I felt really heard and that she was treating me as a person. She gave me a structured treatment plan but had also listened to my preferences and tailored the plan accordingly. She was incredibly flexible in the follow up options and has ensured I can receive ongoing support from my local GP surgery. I felt cared for and seen and would thoroughly recommend her service to others.

Staff were lovely and helped me relax for a procedure I was very nervous about. Quiet and relaxing atmosphere and very professional!

It was very friendly and I felt at ease.
I was listened to and not rushed and felt Dr Catherine was very understanding and I came out feeling relieved and happy that I had options.

My visit was very helpful, Dr Catherine was very attentive and came up with a plan for me that made sense and gave me relief in my journey forward with HRT.

Having been on HRT for several years but still suffering mild menopause symptoms I decided to try the Women's Clinic and I'm really glad I did. Dr Smith was so easy to talk to, thorough and proactive and has given me a plan to tweak my HRT so that hopefully I will be able to sleep well again!

The clinic is a great relaxed space to be able to full explore all options and thoughts about contraception and HRT.

A very positive experience at the Women’s Clinic.
I have visited the clinic before and this was a follow up appointment. As before, I found the clinic a calm and welcoming environment. Catherine listened to my concerns and took the time to answer them fully and suggested a way forward. I didn’t feel rushed in any way and I felt my questions were taken seriously and dealt with sensitively.
I would highly recommend the Clinic to anyone needing information on any number of women’s health issues. An appointment there gives you the time to discuss your concerns in detail without feeling rushed and in an environment where your concerns are fully listened to.

This is the obs and gynae care all women deserve. If you have felt rushed or disappointed by your care at other providers, I recommend you see Dr Cathy. The team takes the time to explain and reassure and treat you with respect.

I accept, it would have been optimal if I had started earlier

It was a pleasure to be listened to. I feel strongly that I have to do everything to take care of my health so that I enjoy a health span and I am not a burden on my wonderful family. Catherine takes a detailed history, is empathetic snd listens intently. She clarifies what you have said along the way and then helps structure an individualised plan to help manage symptoms. I wish I'd come sooner, please don't wait if you are struggling with symptoms, Catherine will help you find your way back to your self again. Highly recommend, superb experience.

We spent an hour going through options in detail and talking about my history. I asked so many questions and was met with patience and understanding. I left feeling heard and with a path to feeling better.
