We tried this product for our challenging Rottweiler rescue dog, and although it didn’t work as well as we’d hope, I am still really happy with the service.
When requesting a refund, Richard offered us a training plan and additional support.
When we returned the product, as we had engaged a dog behaviourists for all our rescues challenging behaviours, he honoured the refund in full over 40 days after purchase, even when in different packaging.
A truly honest and helpful company.

My grandma bought this collar for her dog as her puppy wouldn't stop barking at the neighbours, it’s been an absolute godsend. She barely has to use it now as she has learnt to not bark, it doesn’t hurt the dog at all and it’s very gentle but it vibrates which distracts her from barking.
The seller was so helpful and had wonderful communication throughout, we needed some extra rubber ends for it and this was sent out so quickly.

Works brilliantly with our highly excitable Wheaten! Not just with the barking when people come to the door but also with his whining in the evenings!

I have no specific problem with this company, I found they responded promptly to tech support questions and the product overall is decent quality for the price. However, after a year I have to conclude it has not been effective at all for my dog's barking. I believe this is because the product does not function consistently enough. Even with the sensitivity on maximum, the collar often does NOT go off when my dog barks. It never goes off if she only barks once. At times, it will go off if my other dog barks, or even sometimes when my daughter speaks loudly, leading us to take the collar off. If it goes off correctly a few times while she's wearing it, she quickly adapts to making a low whining squeal that doesnt set the collar off, then goes back to normal barking behavior once we take the collar off. It's possible our dog is difficult to train, but I do think if the collar worked more consistently it would have been more effective.

Excellent product worked almost instantly

Banjo, our Australian Shepherd x Poodle rescue from Many Tears Rescue would bark incessantly at our neighbours which they didn't appreciate. We found the Woof Whisperer which worked swiftly. He is now quiet when he's not even wearing it. AMAZING!

This has worked really well and our cock spaniel is much calmer and quicker calm down after someone comes to the door. I would recommend this

Fantastic product! “Does exactly as it says on the tin”.
We’ve a 3 year old cockapoo who likes the sound of his own voice especially first thing in the morning. After a few days we had a much quieter dog and now before he goes outside we just remind him not to bark and he goes about his business in a much more relaxed fashion!

Excellent product. I have disability issues that worsened after getting my spaniel-terrier mix pup, I have had a big struggle lately to contain her over excitement and reactive barking. This collar was making a difference on the first day we used it. It is now part of her training and is very helpful. I think she may be a little grumpy but as a training tool we have found it so helpful and she is gradually understanding and her reactions have been lessened over such a short space of time. She is still only on the lowest setting so this product must work on the rowdiest of dogs! It's been such a great help and we are so thankful because it has enabled us to stay together as she is my assistant dog. Thank you for making a product like this that isn't cruel, doesn't confuse too much or make her sad. She is literally learning from it with the help of praise and rewards and treats. I would recommend this to anyone with a reactive dog. It arrived very quickly after posting and has already proved to be worth every penny.

Was apprehensive about buying this but it did work. At first I thought it only worked when she was wearing it but when the buckle broke we were unable to use it for a little while and she still didn’t seem to bark which was amazing! Unfortunately the buckle on the collar got stuck and we couldn’t open it. I got in touch about buying a replacement (I think it was us who broke it rather than it being a fault) and they quickly got in touch and sent us a free replacement along with a video on how to swap it over. I was very grateful for this and we are back in working order again. It’s lovely to be able to leave the back door open without having a nuisance dog barking all the time.

This company is excellent, as is the collar! It has worked very quickly, 100% and stopped our new ‘rescue’ Poppy from further irritating our neighbours with her very early morning (3/4/5 o’clock) incessant barking. Richard is very helpful and will find the best solution for any/most barking problems. I am delighted with the result, before which I thought I’d tried everything to no avail. Not remotely cruel to the dog so I’m very happy and highly recommend this woof collar.

This is a absolutely fabulous.
It does what it says and our two barking Daschunds are now little angels.
I can't believe it worked, our house is so much calmer. We have already turned the intensity down and even without it they are quiet.
The customer service has been first class when we needed to contact them.

Firstly, the customer service I’ve had with these guys has been great, they’re very helpful and swift to reply. The collar itself has been amazing. My dog would work herself up by barking constantly when left alone and the woof whisperer collar has put a stop to that in a very gentle way. It worked after literally one use and she’s been calm and doesn’t bark at all now. We’ve been using it for about 6 months now. It’s worth noting that she doesn’t dislike the collar either - she’s not bothered by it at all so it didn’t scare her (and she’s easily scared!). It comes with a useful instruction and training guide and the calming treats are brilliant - she loves them. I can’t recommend this product highly enough.

Great little device which stopped our border collie barking at people passing our corner garden. It does a great job of snapping them out of continuous barking and prevents an escalation of barking and over excitement. Pay attention to how you charge it - a basic iPhone 3 pin plug with usb port is the correct voltage and wattage. I didn’t, but this small company still helped with amazing customer service (thank you). I highly recommend giving this a go - so glad we did despite my cynicism!

When I rehomed my little 6 year old terrier she was constantly barking when left alone. Problem solved with the WW. It worked very quickly and now she just barks appropriately. It’s been amazing!

Our bark collar has been an absolute lifesaver after our black lab pup started to bark at 4am every morning. It did the trick after a couple of times wearing it during the day for short periods. We still use it now - we just have to show her the collar to stop her barking! I just got in touch for some replacement rubber plugs as we lost one and have received a bag of spares in the post free of charge 😃👍 Would highly recommend this product and small business.

I bought this collar to help stop our cocker spaniel barking at other dogs when lead walking. I have been amazed at the immediate and positive impact the collar has had on him. Richard provided some tailored training guidance to help resolving the issue and using the collar it has instantly worked. It is now a pleasure and less embarrassing to walk our dog on the lead again. Very glad to have found this product and it has successfully worked for us. Thankyou.

I think it is a good product but I personally would now only use the vibration mode and not the ultrasonic mode on my border terrier as he really didn't like the sound mode. I also think that a bit more emphasis re. how dog's communicate via barking could perhaps be on the leaflet as obviously sometimes it is to alert people in dangerous situations such as fires or because they are in pain etc. Having said that I do realise it is for excessive barking. I think it is useful for short periods of time and as a training tool but would be uncertain about using it for extended periods of time. My dog was comfortable wearing the device.
