A lot of great info on the 2 day event in Sydney. I would have preferred at least 50% or more meditation as it was called a workshop rather than theory based.

Life-changing mindset shift — Think and Grow Education helped me break free
I want to share how deeply grateful I am for my experience with Think and Grow Education. Before discovering this work, I felt stuck in repetitive, self-limiting patterns, always hesitating, always clinging to comfort zones, never believing I could truly grow. The teachings and environment provided by Think and Grow Education helped me shift that. I started to question long-held beliefs, challenge my fears, and step into parts of life I’d always avoided.
Ray Behan is an incredible speaker and mentor. He doesn’t just talk about lofty ideas — he breaks down complex concepts in a way that’s accessible, relatable, and deeply motivating. He genuinely cares, and you can feel how much knowledge and passion he has to give.
Because of him and the Think and Grow community, I gained clarity about what was holding me back — and I built the courage to step out of my comfort zone. I’ve started breaking undesired patterns, changing how I react to challenges, and seeing myself and my future in a completely new light.
Yes, you do have to pay for some of the courses, but in my experience, they are absolutely worth the money. The value goes far beyond the cost; it shows up in real, lasting transformation: in mindset, in confidence, and in everyday decisions. Just ask anyone who has genuinely attended and engaged with the seminars.
Before you judge Think and Grow Education based on negative reviews, consider whether those reviewers actually showed up, did the inner work, and applied what was taught. Real change doesn’t happen from just attending once or passively listening, it comes from consistently using the tools and taking responsibility for your own growth.
If you’re open-minded, willing to do the inner work, and ready to step outside your comfort zone, Think and Grow Education can be a powerful catalyst for change. For me, it’s been more than a course or seminar: it’s been a journey of rediscovery, empowerment, and genuine personal growth.
Thank you, Ray. Thank you, Think and Grow Education — for helping me break old patterns and step into a stronger, more confident version of myself.

Grateful for a Powerful, Transformational Experience
I honestly felt compelled to share my experience because it’s very different from some of the reviews I’ve seen. For me, the Meditation & Mindset Workshop was absolutely beautiful and truly transformative.
From the moment I walked in, I felt deeply connected and inspired in ways I didn’t even realise I needed. Every session helped me understand myself on a deeper level, release old patterns, and step into something better. I loved every single minute of it.
I’m genuinely grateful that something so transformational is offered at such an affordable price. It’s rare to find this level of depth, care, and empowerment all in one place.
And truly… I won’t miss a chance to go back again and again. Each time reinforces what I’ve learned and helps me grow even more.
If you’re considering it—go. Give yourself the gift. What I experienced was beautiful, powerful, and absolutely worth it.

I’ve been to Ray’s 2-day workshop twice…
I’ve been to Ray’s 2-day workshop twice now, and both times were really valuable. The first time I went with my sister-in-law, who was going through a very difficult time with her health. After the workshop she had a noticeable shift in her mindset and ended up buying the Solfeggio meditation course, which she still uses. Her health has also improved since then.
I recently attended the Brisbane workshop and found it just as meaningful. What I appreciate most is that Ray takes the time to explain the purpose behind the meditations and how they work. The practices he teaches are simple, practical and easy to fit into everyday life. He also makes the science behind it easy to understand, no matter your background.
I’ve worked in the spiritual space for a long time and really value how accessible and effective his approach is. I genuinely recommend the workshop to anyone who wants to understand the “why” behind meditation and learn a few tools they can use every day.

2 day workshop is fine but then he wants a lot more money (thousands) and the following workshops are a scam. The 2-day is a cunning sweetener
Responding to last positive review.

Attended Brisbane workshop this weekend
I attended this weekend workshop in Brisbane, i have just recently started looking into meditation and the advert came up on my facebook page, with a cost of $20 for 2 days..and said why not, whats there to lose and booked straight away.
I never did any prior research on the provider and had said if its not working I would leave at tea time. I ended up staying Saturday to the last minute and left at 4pm. Found it very engaging and simple explanations of basic physiology, how body chemicals work and respond to stress..which was great for "layman"..fundamental knowledge backed by science. Was taking notes and the advert had said bring pen and paper. Meditation practice was short but didn't mind it as i felt i can access more videos online/youtube.
Last minutes were a bit of a shocker when Ray spoke about the course we could enrol in and the cost..as someone who had not seen that anywhere prior i was a bit taken back.
I then went online while still in the room to check on reviews, checked ChatGPT and got a mix of opinions. Again i decided to enrol and said i will give it a go..cost was under $400 if you signed on the day (i thought Registered psychologist charge $90 per session, Gym about $18 per week)..this was advertised as a lifetime subscription.
I was a bit skeptical about Sunday session, did a bit of research and decided what there to lose and again i lasted the full program on Sumday and it was great.
In summary its a good program for the amount of $20 and very insightful, you not obliged to enrol in further courses but for $20 its more than worth it.
Its not much of practical meditation session but understanding the basics of it and the science backing it, which he did a great job on.
Few claims made during the session eg cancer , leaukaemia, water crystals changing structure, brainless people..are small components im not sure if they are fully backed but its just a small section of a very good program.
In short i think the program loads you well to begin your journey of life transformation and you pick which path you want to go with.
I would suggest maybe declaring on advert that there are optional extra courses you can enrol in at the course at extra cost will be great (unless i missed it).
As i did the course this weekend i haven't started the course I enrolled in but no regrets..i look forward to pick what works for me and see how i go.
A big yes for the 2 days..great speaker and I don't mind the business aspect of it (its not forced on anyone).
Hope this helps someone.

Disappointing Experience - More Sales Than Substance
Misleading Marketing - Primarily a Sales Pitch, Not a Meditation Course
This course was falsely advertised. What was marketed as a meditation and mindfulness course turned out to be a day and a half sales presentation for his other offerings.
Sales Tactics and False Pricing
Two days after the course, I received a message offering tickets to their 4-day program at the "special after-course price" but this same price was already available online before the original course even started. The cheap introductory course was clearly designed as bait to get people to sit through 1.5 days of sales presentations targeting middle-aged women.
Poor Quality Content and Misinformation
The instructor provided incorrect information on several topics:
- Wrong definition of entropy
- Inaccurate explanation of polyvagal theory
- Incorrect information about myelination and cellular photonic activity
The content was often incoherent and confusing, with extreme healing claims including sudden cancer recovery, rapid weight loss, instant mental health improvements after 30 years, and fertility healing.
Staged "Healing Experiences" and Manipulation
During the "healing experience" portion, the inner circle seats had reserved name tags for his team members who posed as regular participants. These plants had dramatic breakthrough moments with lots of crying and deep breathing to create false social proof and influence the real audience members. Combined with manipulative influence techniques that felt controlling and abrasive, the whole experience was designed to create emotional vulnerability for sales purposes.
Additional Unprofessional Behavior
- Inappropriately shared detailed personal trauma from his childhood at an Irish Catholic school with no trigger warnings for sexual abuse content
- Made contradictory statements about his own healing journey, "I'm healed from my trauma"/"I'm boken and still working on my trauma".
- Made exaggerated unverifiable claims about family members' achievements
- Inappropriate treatment of audience members without their consent, publicly treating a woman with PTSD with his "method" which was extremely distressing to experience.
- All staff were volunteers, there were no actual trained professionals.
The whole setup felt like a clever but unethical way to gather people for aggressive upselling.
Bottom line: Even though it's cheap, don't waste your time. This is not a legitimate meditation course - it's a cleverly designed sales funnel with potentially harmful content and no proper safeguards.

Red Flags Galore
This whole experience of the Ray Behan meditation workshop was deeply disturbing and felt like a charade designed to give vulnerable and traumatised people hope in order to sell them into expensive courses.
There was alot of information throughout the workshop that was conflicting and contradicting, a lack of trauma informed duty of care, rail loading someone with ptsd in order to do his "QAC" without validating their trauma and experiences and then telling them they need to be thankful for their abuse....disgusting. But anyone who didn't agree was told thats their own resistance and blocks and trauma. The poor lady who was on show told me first hand their was so much more to her story, she was left so confused and I feel disgusted she was used the way she was. It was a cult like method used to tell you your the problem so you'll buy and upsell. Clear manipulation and gaslighting tactics used....
Testimonials of people curing cancer in less than a week that had bits chopped out of them and explanations that were not plausible. Id say more but actually hope they get lift in so people can see what a farce this is...
This was a workshop curated to prey on particularly middle aged vulnerable women and anyone with basic critical thinking skills could see red flag after red flag. Traumatised people are desperately seeking hope and this is what he preys on.
Don't buy into the hope dream, this guy is a salesman selling you by praying on your trauma and emotion and hope of healing. There are better ways and this is not it lovely people.

Don't waste your time or money
Don't waste your time or money. This meditation workshop was actually hours of hours of onstage lecturing by Ray Behan with 2 tiny meditations (under 15 mins total) in day 1 packed together shoulder to shoulder. Ray presents a barrage of information ranging from neuroscience to quantum physics to biology and psychology. A lot of it is from genuine sources yet ray misrepresents, twists or omits much of the information. I am a psychology student about to graduate with a keen interest in all of the topics he discussed for reference. The entire workshop had a 'cult' vibe. Ray purposely tells confusing stories, gives unclear instructions or gaslights audience members. He chooses an audience member and performs a public therapy/breakdown session. He repeatedly peppers the participant with YES/NO only answers, refuses to let them finish a sentence and asserts he has decoded their psyche and has the solution to all their problems. Anyone who has a question or disagrees or hesitates he presents as evidence of their 'resistance' to accepting the 'truth'. He describes himself as hugely generous for sharing his knowledge and upsells courses and retreats and tells you you need to repay his generosity by buying the course at a discounted price that you need to commit to on the spot (but don't worry, he promises you won't be treated as 'less than' even though you've only paid the discount rate). The entire workshop was full of manipulation, confusion, information overload and condescension. He purposely sets out to barrage you with an overload of facts/talking, repeatedly makes the audience repeat his sentences and tells you over and over your illness/difficulties are YOUR fault and if you don't commit to his program you are not taking responsibility for your life. Absolutely well-tuned money making scheme that co-opts the genuine work of other people/modalities to capitalise on vulnerable people seeking relief.

Too Much Personal Selling
Too Much Personal Selling:
The focus seemed more on promoting future (expensive) retreats than offering genuine help or connection. It felt like a recruitment effort rather than a heart-centered teaching space.
Surface-Level Content:
The information shared, particularly on neuroscience, was quite basic, not offering much depth or insight beyond what’s already widely available.
Limited Meditation Practice:
Actual guided meditation was very short and done only twice, which was surprising and disappointing for a meditation-centered workshop.
QAC Process Felt Disorganized: Questions and answers often repeated, and key things weren’t remembered, which made the process feel scattered and difficult to follow.
Expectation Mismatch:
The workshop didn’t align with what I anticipated after experiencing the beautifully guided meditation on Spotify.
Lacking Heart Connection:
The overall tone felt more commercial than compassionate, which is disheartening for something as personal and spiritual as meditation

Disappointing to say the least
There is nowhere to leave reviews. You showcase your chosen reviews.
Today I went to your "meditation " at scarborough, it went from 10am to 4pm, I left at 2.30. Up until 2.30 there had been 1 brief meditation about 1min long. I put my hand up twice around 2pm to ask a relevant question, the 2nd time it was up long enough in your line of sight, to be seen, but you ignored me. I came away with the distinct impression you used this forum to recruit people to your workshops and expensive retreats (too much self promotion and v little meditation). If I'm wrong you can ignore this, but if I'm right you will eventually self sabotage if you don't do it differently (genuinely for the recipient).

If you think youve done the work...you havent
Thankyou Ray for your time and knowledge you shared with me. So appreciated given your hectic schedule helping your flock.
You proved to me that although I thought I had done well with my learning I still have a lot of growing to do. As I'm currently going thru a relationship breakup with a clinically Narcissistic individual, I have been struggling with compassion for him given the level of mental abuse I have been suffering these past three years. It is difficult to be thankful for someone who steals your spark and sense of self. I understand the reasons he is the way he is due to his own traumas he has experienced but admittedly I am struggling with genuine forgiveness. The pain is real, current and ongoing but with time I hope to let this go...I realize I have much work to do and with your support and guidance I know I will achieve this.

Went to a meditation workshop in Perth…
Went to a meditation workshop in Perth and I meditate regularly at home using Youtube and done relaxation and healing meditations since I was a kid and I did a workshop with someone else where is was relaxation and healing meditation for 3 hours so I thought we would actually meditate. We did no meditation and just went through the science behind it and were packed in a room full of chairs. I left during the lunch break because it was boring and not relaxing at all which is what guided meditation should be like. Told we would meditate and do stuff but then the talking continued and did one ten minute meditation but was sitting in a chair and wasn't guided properly, very loud and wasn't relaxing. Obviously understand the science behind it but missing the emotional connection and healing it can provide people as well being able to relax and be emotionally at peace with themselves.

It's worth diving into
I follow Ray Behan and his teachings now for some time.
I have done a program with him and can say that it changed my mindset and therefore my life.
I forgave people and myself, I love myself and my life more. I feel more educated on my emotions and can control them better.
I love more, I live better.
Thank you
