Completely defective mascara and I am being gaslighted that the product is how it should be.

I purchased two Max Lash 3D Fibre Lash Mascaras. Each set has an application gel and a Fibre Lash Extension Mascara. The gel was so thick and clumpy it could be applied and there was nothing in the fibre extension tube. When I complained I was told they are not defective tube and as they should be. I sent a video and several photos advising that the application gel is so thick and clumpy it can’t be applied to the lashes at all and the so called fibres they claimed could be seen don’t exist because the tube is completely empty and when the brush is inserted and taken out there is nothing on the brush and when you wipe it is it bone dry with no product on it at all. I have used this product years ago when it was readily available in the Australian Priceline Pharmacies but no pharmacies bother to stick it any longer. Their customer service are refusing to provide a refund so I am telling everyone that just like many of their other products they are of appalling quality, the batches for the mascara haven’t been quality checked, and the product is not fit for sale or for the purpose it is being sold for. Don’t buy any Thin Lizzy products because they are of such poor quality and when you complain they gaslight you and try to suggest that even when there is no fibre product in one tube and the tube with application gel is so thick and clumpy that it isn’t defective and try to suggest I am just applying it incorrectly.

I find that the product is not what it promotes, it keeps peeling off, very disappointed, would nit recommend.

I applied the product on my clean nails as soon as I received it. Within 2 to 3 hours the gel was already peeling off my nails. I've bought cheap $2 nail varnish that lasted a lot longer than this garbage

I did not like this product. I followed all the instructions and tried different other ways to apply the gel. Thin Lizzy Pink Armour Nail Gel just peels off. I don't have problem with other nail gels. I was very disappointed.

I have had this body brush for two years now and not only does it do what it says it is still going like the day of delive4y. Very impressed

Very disappointed with the Thin Lizzy pink Armour Nail Gel. It quotes that it strengthens and protects nails, repairs and restored, promotes nail growth and does not peel chip nor crack.

It definitely peels of. To me it is like a layer of thin plastic coating that does peel off
Also if is a coating of plastic then how does that promote growth.
Not impressed. One day and my nails have a chipped coating.

purchased a hair curler that stopped working. The replacement also didn't work and then the original warranty period was finished (convenient aye!) and now they wont send another replacement or give a refund however I can purchase a third unit for 50% discount - what a joke! Avoid at all costs!
