UNABLE TO CANCEL despite NUMEROUS TRIES
I HAVE TRIED IN ABOUT 5 -6 WAYS to CANCEL the shipment/subscription long before it was sent/renewed. NO ONE ANSWERS the emails, and ONCE I found a phone number, which was a DEAD line. I can't even figure out WHERE to ship the return so I MIGHT get a refund processed. Rarely can I even get to the website, there are so many SPAM warnings and it just goes to the page saying there are problems w/ the website etc.
Also - it's NOT TRUE that there is a cancellation button/option on every email ...

I'm sorry you've had this experience. I understand how frustrating that is, and I want to make this right. For clarity, every subscription confirmation email includes a direct link to cancel anytime, and there's also a Subscription Management link in the footer of our website where you can manage or cancel your subscription on your own terms.
That said, if those options aren't working for you or you're having trouble accessing them, please email us at hello@thirmik.com with the subject line "Trustpilot: Cancel & Refund," and I'll personally make sure your cancellation and refund are processed the same day .

Cannot cancel this Thirmilk. Website is non existent. I signed to have it delivered only once. Now they say I have a subscription and I don’t. They are charging me every month. I don’t want the stuff anymore. Help!

It is not possible to accidentally sign up for a subscription. Our payment gateway requires an explicit selection between a one-time purchase and a subscription plan, this cannot be bypassed or selected on your behalf. The subscription option is displayed multiple times throughout the checkout process, and immediately after your order was placed, a confirmation email was sent clearly stating you had enrolled in a subscription.
Additionally, a reminder email was sent several days before your next charge, giving you advance notice and time to act.
In the case you chose a subscription , cancelling is straightforward, you can do so at any time by either emailing us directly at hello@thirmik.com, or by clicking the cancellation link included in every subscription email we send, which takes you directly to your subscription management page.

Absolutely horrible customer service
Absolutely horrible. The product sold is called “NAD+Thryve Blend For Her.” Advertising as a supplement for strong bones. I had ordered 2 bottles, with a free one. It is, of course a subscription plan. Within two days, I received a letter indicating the order would be delayed. I decided to take advantage of the delay in delivery, leaving a message for my Doctor about trying this supplement. The Doctor responded back to not take it. I immediately canceled the product’s order along with PayPal.
Thirmik sent me an email canceling my subscription right away. Now, I awaited a credit from PayPal.
The very next day the pills came in the mail. So much for a delay in delivery! I immediately contacted Thirmik complaining and was told that they could not accept them back for any refund. I would tell everyone to not buy their product. Their bottles I wish to return are completely factory sealed, and no reason to not receive and credit me.

To provide some clarity for anyone reading: when you cancelled through PayPal, your subscription was immediately deactivated, which our team confirmed to you by email. However, your original order had already been picked up and was in transit with the carrier at that point, which is why it arrived. Unfortunately, once a package leaves our fulfillment centre, we have no ability to intercept it, this is standard across all shipped-goods retailers.
As well upon reviewing your case, we can see that a full credit has already been issued to your original payment method. If there's anything further we can do to help, our team is always reachable at hello@thirmik.com:)
