I placed an order and after a month of it not shipping I emailed them for an update. Instead of updating me they cancelled my order. Worst customer service ever.

I hesitated to buy something at that price point online, without being able to touch or try it on. My top arrived and I love it!

It fits well and the style is trendy and comfortable.

It did take a long while to get here, though. I am in Canada and I found the estimated shipping date during the purchase misleading. It sounded like the item would ship in a week and here we are used to shipping only taking a few days. I was hoping to wear my shirt for an event, but instead, it arrived multiple weeks later. The lack of communication during that time was also disconcerting, I started wondering if this was a scam.

It was neither here nor there, but kind of odd at that price point.

Due to a size issue, I needed to return a pair of pants. I could not print a return label since I had moved to a different state and my printer was slated to arrive after the due date for returning arrived.

Miranda, in customer service, replied to my query with a well thought-out, personal reply. I followed her instructions and was able to easily return the garment.

I have several pieces of clothing from A Day and love their quality and style. My interaction and communication with Miranda makes me want to order from this company even more.

I live in these pieces. The trousers are sharp looking and unbelievably comfortable for long days. I love thé tops which are great looking and don’t need ironing. An amazing capsule wardrobe for travel. Shipping and returns to the UK is streamlined and easy.

I think this is a classic case of a brand that claims to be sustainable and does not live these values seriously. ‚fabric produced in italy.‘ The only information about the origin that I found on the website, without much effort. then it says on the clothes designed in ny, produced in portugal and the delivery came from NY. a sustainable nightmare. so that despite the high price of the clothes and my disappointment on quality, I have renounced a return. additionally, or for me even the worst part, the naming ‘technical silk’ is very misleading > it's a fully synthetic blend that doesn't really have a quality feel, provides a poor wearing climate and has to be washed after one wear. actually, properties that don't apply to silk throughout. for ‘outfit repeater’ they say, but whats the point if it smells after wearing even on a chilli day? the blouses look good from a distance but not on a closer look. happy I didn’t order more. that part of your synthetic blend is recycled does not make a brand sustainable. I guess I stick to thrifting.

I wear Aday every day now and it's comfortable, attractive, and easy. It's been expensive to be a customer and sometimes irritating to patronize when garments in my size are often out of stock in the colors that would be most flattering for my skin tone, but whenever I've reached out to customer support about an order I've gotten what I've paid for. They've stood behind their products and resolved any issues in a timely manner, whether I had a problem with a garment, applying a coupon, or just had a silly question. I've been substantially updating my wardrobe for the first time in about a decade and thus a little needy lately, but they've truly been just an email away and I appreciate that.

I really love the clothes, but the price point is a little high for the quality. The style of the shirts I bought are great and I love the fit. With washing, the front of the blouse got more of a gathered look along the snap lines. I don't mind this look, but it changed the modern feel of the top. I was considering returning one top, but the process seemed too complicated, so I kept it. That's worrisome if you do need to return an expensive item. I love the style of the something borrowed shirt so much that I will probably get it in another colour. Of note - the something borrowed shirt in white is only lined halfway which leaves the bottom of the shirt more see through and creates an odd effect. They don't show this in their online photos which seems a bit deceptive to me. Overall, there's good and bad with these clothes and I think the good overshadows the bad.

Really disappointed in the quality of the product. I asked for the everyday white shirt for Christmas, the material isn’t as premium as you’d expect from £180! And it runs small. On returning (after already paying £8 for delivery) you have to pay £20 to return on top of the postage costs! What a joke for such a disappointing product.

I own a dress, trousers, a shirt and some tops.
The high price point is the main reason for not shopping there more. I'd recommend aday for warmer weather travel wardrobe.

Nice fabrics, great fit, but if you return ANYTHING---watch it closely. I returned over $700 in items in March 2022 and today after many emails ADAY is finally returning my money. Had i now been on top of this that money was never going back on my card. Honestly, i don't know how they stay in business.

The shirt I purchased was not the quality described or expected, ‘technical silk’ felt very thin / flimsy and the collar was wonky. They wanted to charge £28 shipping to return this item so I complained as I think that’s outrageous, in fairness to them they refunded this, and the item cost once returned to their warehouse in the USA. Took me two weeks to find the time to hunt down a DHL shipping place. Overall a really awful experience, I feel foolish for falling for pretty adverts!

Please be aware that this brand ships from the US. While being promoted extensively in UK, it doesn't make this obvious. Returns are complicated and expensive. A dress I purchased arrived rumpled and not at all the quality I was expecting so, having expected something substantially higher quality at this price point, I returned it. It cost me £18 and I had to print and complete my own return label then find a DHL service point. My advice? AVOID.

Despite all the positive experiences I read here: I am very disappointed with Aday's products. The blouse I ordered is made of nylon, the seams are glued and the size Small is more like a Medium. Moreover, you can not return the products.
This was my last online purchase from an unknown supplier.

I’ve now ordered various items from Aday and absolutely love them. The dispatch time is amazing, if I order something on Monday morning, I sometimes receive it on Wednesday (in the U.K.)! And in the U.K. the taxes are included in the price, so you don’t need to faff about with your tax office. Returns handled by Aday cost about £18, which when you’re buying clothes for £££ isn’t too bad….you could possibly arrange return postage for less yourself, but I like the tracking facility of doing it via Aday. There’s been a few times when I’ve contacted customer services about something and they’ve been wonderful (shout out to Eymara…who seems to receive all my questions with a helpful & cheerful manner)! I love this company for the style and ethos.

This has quickly turned into my favorite brand! I was unsure of how the fit would be but since I had never tried ADAY before but they were able to help me with sizing and now my ADAY is on repeat. I can't wait to try more pieces! I've got my eye on the Check-In Crop :)

It was a real risk to order these clothes to Europe with the prohibitively expensive customs taxes and return postage. It took me two months before I finally decided to do it. (Ironically the clothes are made in Italy so what a shame they had to make 2x trans Atlantic crossings).
So glad I made the leap. The clothes scream quality. They are well finished and seamed. The fabric feels great against the skin, is stretchy and holds it's shape no matter how much you sit/move/bend. I did yoga in my Turn-it-up pants (just to see if the claims are true) and they were perfectly comfortable.
Loved the it's a wrap top.
Very flattering, my partner wishes they made clothes for men.
I was quite sad to put them in the washing machine. I think I'll be wearing my items a lot

I love ADAY's clothing, it's all the essential pieces I need in my life. They are so simple yet the details/craftsmanship is incredibly intentional. ADAY pieces are in high rotation in my closet and basically all I pack when traveling.

Love their products - I wear ADAY clothes on a daily basis because they're so comfortable, stylish, and versatile. Perfect attire for our WFH environment now.

This company is such a great find for work from home styles. I have some of their pieces in multiple colors, they are comfortable, polished and easy to care for.
