Have spent many a night at thistle tavern, the store is well stocked with many different games and card games with a bunch of friendly staff that always do there best to help and guide its customers to that on which they seek. Highly recommend thistle tavern plenty of events and plenty of opportunities to play something in house whether you are new to games or returning to a hobbie once enjoyed.

Speedy delivery, nice range of items in stock.

I like to pop into Thistle almost every time I visit Aberdeen. The staff are always incredibly friendly and helpful, probably that best part of the shop 😊 They have a very large range of booster packs and board games. They also sell plenty of singles for just about any cards 🙏

Best game shop in Aberdeen, highly recommend

Cards where shipped fast and arrived in good condition

There's a friendly atmosphere, a large variety of product available, large variety of formats in most card games available, it is probably the best local game store in aberdeen!

Thistle Tavern has a great choice of Flesh and Blood cards at very good prices. The cards were sent quickly, they were well packed and arrived in a mint condition, exactly as advertised. I strongly recommend Thistle Tavern and will use them again.

Great experience for gaming with private rooms for beginners who are anxious about gaming.
Loads of gaming stock for anyone into gaming and also sells little snacks and wide range of drinks.
Also great helpful staff to help you along with your gaming experience

Thistle Traven is a lovely place to play games. I go every week to play Lorcana, however staff will help you out with any questions you might have and it does not play loud music.

Can get noise but you do not need to shout as there is a my place area at the back but then there is side rooms. All rooms have doors so they can be closed.

I would recommend this shop for all ages and all abilities.

Lovely atmosphere too

Started playing my first TCG here, staff and players were really welcoming from the start. Definitely recommend, great prices too!

Great shop with excellent play space. Staff are very friendly and helpful.

10/10 I was blind but once I shopped at the store I regained the ability to see again.
Jokes aside lovely owner, great atmosphere, quick with their online orders, always happy to shop here in person or online

I've used the online website to order FAB singles many times and the service has always been great. I also had the chance to visit the store for a FAB event this year for the first time. The store was comfy, clean, well stocked, and the staff were very friendly.

Thistle Tavern offer such a great range of products at very reasonable prices. I’ve ordered both online and in person, they’re great guys, always willing to help. Fast, reliable service, always.

Have been using Thistle Tavern for years. Always great reliable service at a good price!

The shop that got me back into magic.

Selection of sealed product is always great even some older sets carried which is a nice surprise.

Plenty of space to play, very full events calendar with great playerbase.

Very helpful, professional and friendly staff who take away the daunting feeling of entering a well established community.

Keep up the good work.
