The order was delivered really quickly and well packed. Although there was a slight issue with a missing item, this was handled well and again, delivered promptly with all staff I spoke to courteous and helpful.

Top notch customer service
Ordered some motor home parts which were delivered quickly, however, one item was wrong and turned out to be an error on their webpage. After a quick phonecall to them and a chat to a very helpful chap,I returned the wrong part and ordered the correct one. They issued a full refund as soon as they received the returned part no messing around. Would happily buy from them again.

I contacted this company because I…needed a new pump for Alde boiler
I contacted this company because I needed a new pump for my alde boiler. I could not find the exact one anywhere. I contacted Thomas Touring and spoke to a very helpful gentleman. I gave serial number and model of my boiler and he said he would find out. He called me back a couple of hours later and told me which one I needed. I ordered and received within 2 days and it fits perfectly. I now have hot water and central heating if I want it. I would highly recommend this company and will have no hesitation in ordering from them again.
