He’s is very reliable and knowledgeable. He’s a great communicator and will get back to you straight away!thanks Huw.I wish you all the best in Poole x

Couldn’t ask for a better plumber!
Huw was friendly and responsive, and went out of his way to make sure things were done properly. He cares very much about his work, and it shows.

Huw has been my plumber for 7 years. He’s reliable, trustworthy, hardworking and I’m so thankful for all the work he’s done in my house.I highly recommend Huw!Thanks for everything and all the best in Poole!👍

Huw was very professional, punctual and very knowledgable. I would highly recommend.

Hus has been our plumber for several years and I would recommend him to anyone. Always arrives when he says he will, gets the work done to a high standard and is clean and tidy.

Huw always takes the time to explain the problem before he does the work and then tells you what he has done afterward. His prices and very reasonable as well.

If you’re looking for a great plumber, look no further!

Always found Huw to be professional and reliable. His work ethic is beyond reproach, a genuinely honest person with integrity and high values he will be missed in this area.

Would recommend 100%. Posting on my own behalf and on behalf of my late father, who had complete faith in Huw.

Huw is amazing! He’s been fixing our various plumbing and boiler issues for at least 10 years now and I’ve lost count of the number of people that I’ve recommended him to during this time.
He’s super reliable, very reasonably priced and most important, an excellent plumber. He’s thorough, tidy and generally just a really nice bloke! When he says he cares about his customers he really means it. I’ve also met a couple of the apprentices that he’s taken on over the years to support them at the start of their plumbing careers and been impressed at the care and time he takes with teaching them.
Huw’s a rare find - if you’re lucky enough to get him as your plumber, don’t let him go!! We’re gutted he’s moving away from Cardiff - our loss is your gain people of Poole!

Huw is amazing. Really knowledgeable and a decent guy you can trust. He has been my 'go to' guy for the last 6 years. Highly recommended!

Replacing a toilet flush on this occasion and previously Huw has serviced my boiler and flushed the entire central heating system.
Huw’s final price was slightly less than quoted as the job was easier than anticipated. This was very decent of Huw.
Huw is honest and reliable and I’d have no hesitation in recommending him.

Highly recommend Huw at Thornhill plumbing for boiler repairs. Despite other plumbers saying they couldn’t fix it, Huw diagnosed the problem with my 20 year old boiler, sourced a spare part, quoted for the repair and sorted it. Very pleased.

Huw from Thornhill Plumbing has been our go to plumber for the last 10 years doing everything from boiler repairs and servicing to replacing a broken shower and fixing a leak in our heating system that two other plumbers were unable to find! We are gutted that he is moving from Cardiff to Poole as he as always provided us with a quality, fast and reliable service whenever we have needed him. We wish him the best of luck with his move to Poole.

Huw has done various plumbing jobs for us over the course of more than 10 years including fitting a shower, fitting and regularly servicing our boiler, fitting new taps, removing old plumbing and pipes etc. He has always been very efficient, tidy, helpful, communicative and reliable. His prices are very fair for a professional and thorough job all done with a cheerful and friendly
nature.

We have used Huw a number of times over the past few years. He is extremely hardworking and always very tidy and clean with his work! He will always explain what work needs doing and the costs involved prior to committing. I have no hesitation in recommending him to anyone!

Really pleased with the service, was quick to respond and efficient. Friendly and also tidied up afterwards.

Huw and the team are the real McCoy.
Professional, knowledgeable and great guys. You won't find any better!

Huw’s the best plumber anyone could ask for. Over the past few years, he has helped us in emergencies, ensured our boiler is always safe, upgraded our radiators and more besides, always at a very reasonable price and often at short notice. Huw explains exactly what he’s done, too, which is very useful. We hope we can find even half as good a plumber and heating engineer after he leaves the area.

We’re really going to miss Huw when he moves to Poole. He’s done many repair jobs for us over the year, serviced our old boiler and installed and serviced our new one. Always immaculately done and very reasonably priced. I would highly recommend Huw to anyone needing plumbing and central heat work

Huw responded at very short notice to replace a leaking central heating valve and actuator, a faulty attic ball cock valve and leaking kitchen sink. Great fast efficient service from Huw and we would certainly recommend him to others and he will be our first call for any future plumbing problems.

Service and repair work carried out by Hew, Thornhill plumping.
Honest, reliable, trustworthy and friendly !
Cannot recommend highly enough and very grateful he was recommended to me.
