This is obviously another ‘here today gone tomorrow ‘ on line companies who have absolutely no idea of how to provide customer service.
For the past 30 years I have always worn size M underpants, but aware of Chinese sizing I ordered size L. - I can’t even get the past my thighs!
I have asked for a return label- and a refund, ands all they do is ask me inane questions such as ‘did you receive the wrong size’? and ‘did you check the size chart?’
They are obviously a ‘fly by night’ organisation who will soon disappear (their website is already unavailable).
Unfortunately there are other companies advertising exactly the same product on the internet who no doubt will be equally as inept as London Threads.

Took 5 weeks for my order to come didn't fit now have to pay 22.40 to return order customer service absolutely helpless never anybody order off them

Paid money and received no confirmation email. Emailed 3 times looking for answers to be ignored. Reading some of these reviews now and wish I hadn't ordered.

Still waiting for my order and not responding to my email

Terrible customer service. I've been trying to organise a return for the past week. Have not heard a single word from anybody. They are supposed to send you a document to initiate your return and given that the return period is 14days it is clear they don't answer in the hope that the return window closes before you are able to return anything. Don't buy from them.

Still no email confirmation still no reply’s , scunnered with this company stay away take it ti the fraud sqaud seem to be doing it to every one now !!!! Edit got my items through today still no email confirmation or emails back poor management thread connect used this company for years but just worried to use them again after this experience 😬 items delivered tho

Ordered my items on Friday a £200 Nike jacket by the way. Says first class postage. It’s now Wednesday not recieved notification it’s been sent emailed them multiple times no response.

Ordered a £130 Tracksuit in November. Arrived mid December. Returned it 27/11/23as it was too small requested a refund. Can see they have received it. Guess what had no communication since they emailed me a returns form. Disgraceful. Still no refund.

This company has took my money and not responded once! I ordered £100 worth if stuff around the 15th of December and my items still haven't been sent out and I've had no response from them!

Ordered from the company before no issues. Ordered £300 worth of clothes before Xmas. 1 top arrived and the other hasn’t. Emailed them many times have had no response or refund for the top. Customer service is appalling & I’m down money.

I can now report I did get a refund but zero communication from the company bar an email to say I was getting a refund.

Ordered something on 5th December and its still not arrived. Only had 1 response and still no delivery. Shocking customer service and no contact number.
Will never purchase from this company again.

This company is anti-god. They are racist to those who believe in God and wish to show it off. They feel they have the right and power to decide what we should believe in. They have band merchandise that many feel strongly about.

Haven’t heard back from any emails don’t even have a a valid tracking code to track absolute garbage

I wish I head read these other reviews before ordering. I'm in the same place as most others I've read about. I'm 3-4 weeks after the estimated delivery date of my furniture after being lied to that it was in route, and then they keep saying 1-2 weeks more with no end in site. It also appears per others that they will not refund you after 30 days which is BS!
