AB Testing for YouTube
For one, the product itself is very cool. It does a lot of things for me that I’m not able to do on my own. I’m still new to it and figuring out the little hiccups (only reason it’s not a 5 star) but they’re very engaged with me via customer support whenever I run into an issue. Will continue to use thumbnail test for all of my A/B testing for my YouTube channel.

I've been struggling for years to know which thumbnail is the best option for my videos and ThumbnailTest has made that process so much easier. Now I can spend more time on the next video and less time diving into my analytics.

Testing did not help and Got overcharged
The testing did not help because I don't get enough views to compare titles with confidence.
I tried canceling, was asked if I'd like to keep the service free of charge for a month and enable manual renewal (so I can cancel before getting charged). I agreed.
Thumbnailtest charged me both for the "free" and the next month automatically anyway.
I have tried chatting - I get "Okay, an agent will assist you shortly" and no more response.
I have tried emailing the support - my email (from a personal Gmail account) got blocked/bounced.
Edit: I kept waiting for the agent until I realized noone is going to respond. At that point I typed "Is there anyone to help" and, a miracle, someone responded and the refund got issued. So plus one star.

A/B testing on steroids
This really is a great tool that does what it says it does.
The testing options are really comprehensive. I find the option for hourly A/B testing particularly useful.
The ability to test headlines / thumbnails separately or together is very handy and blows the options YouTube gives creators out of the water.
Highly recommend.

An instant watch time turnaround
I noticed an almost instant chance after my first two tests. I designed multiple thumbnails to see what would work best and move from there. I noticed an improvement in not only my community watch time but also non subscriber watch time and views. It was insane to see a turn around like that in just 24 hours. I will 100% keep using this platform.

This tool is really really great
This tool is really really great! We have a 2 step process, we have the first test with 3 thumbnails and 2 titles - so 6 possible combinations.
Then we take the 2 winners from that test and apply the test again to determine the best result overall.
Within one week we saw our views go up by 70%, which is huge!
This is an invaluable tool that we had been searching for for years and am so glad we finally have it!
