❌ ❌ ❌DO NOT BUY ❌ ❌ ❌ stealing money of parents/grandparents/family and friends. Using baby cardigans because she knows new mothers are always on a look for cute baby clothes. It actually sickens me that I lost a couple of hundred euro and that there are mothers like me falling for this this trap too..

Officially a year since i place an order on Tiaroses website. So that means one year since i was scammed and gave her 100£ in return for nothing. What’s remarkable about it is when i had issues checking out she helped me checkout and was so quick to reply on instagram. I wanted a cardigan for my babys going home outfit. Multiple promises to ship and nothing ever came. Had to last minute find something for my precious baby. Absolutely shocking how she still gets away with it. At least she has time to post on instagram / tiktok and make fake 5 star reviews for herself. All while scamming people. If you are reading this.. listen to me and all the other one star reviews. This is not legit. Its a scam. You will not receive anything

Ordered an Easter romper and handknit cardi. The romper got sent out in 3 days and the handknit 2 weeks. The girl who runs the company is very sweet. Thank you for your efficient service as always

If I could give her 0 stars I really would. I ordered my niece a birthday present on the 15th of February for next day delivery (I paid extra for it) I still have not yet to receive my parcel. Excuses after excuses on why my parcel is not with me. First excuse the depot didn’t except my parcel. After sending a total of 8 Instagram dms and multiple other emails she has only replied 3 times making up more and more excuses on why my parcel isn’t with me. She is wrong and a scammer DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE ❌ unless you are an influencer that is the only time she sends the parcel. She is wrong and a thief stealing hard working people’s money while posting on social media everyday acting like she is a real business women. Wrongen

I ordered a cardigan and hair clips/accessories, waited over a month for my order to be dispatched (only after emailing to request where my order was) and when this finally arrived items were missing. I’ve emailed their customer service email multiple times (at least 5) times with no response. Tried to get in touch via TikTok and this advised me to email them, sent the email and it’s no longer in use! Would not recommend this company!

Placed order for my daughters first birthday 6weeks later still nothing! Have been in contact via email and instagram and have not had one reply! Today I get a email saying there was a problem with the label printing! How have they only just found that out 2WEEKS later! Asked for refund or information on how to return incase it turns up and still nothing reply!

I would literally give this 0 stars if possible!! Made a £200 order in November for delivery to take 1-2 days.. never came. I kept emailing and emailing and emailing eventually a few days before Christmas I received HALF of my order back to sending email after email being ignored over and over again opened a dispute with the ‘shop’ app to which the owner texted me to tell me my order would be there with me within 1-2 weeks then again back to being ignored! Opened an issue with PayPal and got half of my money back. The shop didn’t even respond to the dispute with PayPal. Absolutely shocking scammers

Bought a hand knitted cardigan for my niece.
The cardigan is so beautifully made i'm so impressed with the quality, it feels so much more special than anything you find in high street shops.

Sends false updates regarding your item, makes excuses for delays and never sends you your items (unless of course you’re an influencer, they seem to receive theirs). Said she had sent refund to try and stop me getting in touch with my bank, needless to say the refund never happened! Constantly updating insta but deletes any comments you write trying to inform other people not to waste their money. One big scam! How she can still get away with it is beyond me.

I never revived my order and after trying to Contact tia roses through customer service and Instagram DM’s I had a response saying they would send my order out as a priority how were I never recieved my order or refund that I later requested.
I sent over 20 emails and multiple DM’s but only had a response twice!!
I later contacted my bank to retrieve my money.
Awful company and customer service, Avoid!!!!

IGNORE THE FAKE 5 STAR REVIEWS !!! Update to a comment i left previously. Still no sign of my cardigans, no money and no replies. Almost 10 months since i placed an order for my baby girl. Lost £100 in the process. Please if you read this comment and you are thinking of ordering DONT. Read the rest of the negative reviews and just spend your money elsewhere. It’s a scam, you get scammed for your money and never receive anything in exchange. I wish i had read the reviews before i placed my order. I dunno how shes still pulling this scam off. Always posting about fake shipments and so on.

I bought my niece a £50 voucher for her first Christmas, in 2024, and her mum placed an order worth £80 the following May, I am writing this in Feb 2026… She still hasn’t received her order or any refund or any sort of communication for that matter.

Ordered x2 cardigans back on the 16th August 2025 one arrived 3 months later however the second one was dispatched but is still yet to be delivered! I messaged multiple times about this and was told they would send a replacement out but never have! £34 down the drain!

Awful! Ordered 3rd December 2025 and not received my item it’s now 2nd February 2026! I’ve emailed 3 times, sent messages on instagram too and commented on posts asking if someone can get back to me!!
