Easy Subscription process
I had my first subscription order,and what a great way to get my Tibico. I didn't have to remember to order it. I received an email telling with the upcoming date of my my order. I then received an email when the order was despatched and a delivery date. Wonderful service, thank you William and all at Tibico.
I'm still enjoying the benefits of being prescription drug free since I started in October 2025 taking the water kiefers daily.

I expected it to be good, it's delicious.
Ordered a self select box of 15 x 500ml, all flavours. Wow! Hard to pick a favourite. They're all delicious though Sour Cherry, Raspberry & Hibiscus are both a delight and so too is Rhubarb and Ginger, not forgetting Beetroot. My gut health was already fine and though I'm sure this will help keep it that way, my motivation for future orders will be the refreshing, natural flavours that are created without any nasties. Really good product
I have been using Tibico for 6 months now and both my partner and myself really notice the difference it's made to our digestion. Everything is of such high quality from the product itself, the packaging and the delivery.
On my last order I had an issue with two bottles and their customer service couldn't be more receptive and helpful in resolving the problem. I definitely recommend

Totally taste bud tantalising Tibicos!
For almost half my life (and I’m an old gal now!) I have had a fractious relationship with my gut, relying on prescription medication, over the counter products and various changes of diet. Happily for the past eight months since I was first introduced to Tibicos, I feel my gut problems no longer define me. I start and end each day with a fruit water kefir, sometimes with a sneaky one at lunchtime too. My blood sugar levels are stable and a recent blood test result confirmed I am no longer pre diabetic. Yay! I would have awarded 5 stars, but my recent order took 4 days to arrive and the courier thought it was ok to leave the heavy box on my drive instead of in the specified location.

Helps my diverticulitis symptoms
I was recently diagnosed with diverticulitis and I saw an advert for these kefir waters so I thought I'd give them a try. I have noticed a big difference since I started having them. I feel less bloated and have less cramping pains in my stomach and generally feel better for drinking them on a daily basis.

Seems to be improving IBS and heartburn
I can’t tolerate the taste and texture of yoghurt and regular Kefir and was desperate to try anything to alleviate chronic iBS and heartburn. After about 3 weeks of Tibico, both are improving. I think the cost may be prohibitive to many.

Unfortunately their product did not suit my gut and I had to stop using it.
I also have to say that I found the incessant emails exasperating.
I’m sure it is excellent for lots of people but for some reason - yeast? - it upset me.
