A straight up scam. I had an easy ticket to fight and would’ve been better off going to court myself. Only hired them because people were telling me it’s better than going in yourself. They don’t ask any details about your traffic stop and just appear in court and take a guilty plea without trying to fight at all. They don’t care if you lose they just want to take your money. Do not use this service at all if you care about points on your license or taking traffic school. They tell you that there’s a no traffic school and money back guarantee if they don’t win and then act clueless when they inevitably lose your case. Stay away.

Charging someone 2,550 for a simple improper lane change is mind blowing ! I do not recommend this service to anyone in their right mind . They can't even type correctly!

I hired the ticket clinic to handle my dui case and it was the worst experience ever. They dragged their feet the whole process, and kept giving me the run around. They quoted me $3300 to retain Mr. Chris Outlaw who did a horrible job on my case. After all was said and done he did not help me in no way shape or form. I had a public defender in the beginning of my case, and he told me I should take the plea deal, which was me pleading guilty, that is the reason I hired the ticket clinic because I thought they would do a better job. Well after 6 months of dragging my case out Mr. Outlaw thought I should take the plea deal also. I say all this to say, it may not be so bad going with a public defender, as I would've saved $3300 not hiring the ticket clinic
