No tickets received . Venue map appeared only after payment payment taken. Form does include PayPal as a method of payment tho that was how payment made Contact ignored so no tickets no refund horrible inaccessible seats allocated (I use walking aid )!

Quick and easy to buy tickets
Quick and easy to buy tickets, my husband bought us pink tickets for our anniversary through Ticketek and it was so simple! The front seats were a bit out of our price range but I'm happy were we were. Will definitely continue to use Ticketek when buying tickets for anything!

Would be a good idea to get an act like Himan Nature who perform many top hit numbers of the relevant age group and also came up in the nsw public education system and School Spectau and the NSW Arts unit
Certainly glad the concert was. Free because it wasn’t worth buying a ticket

Huge shout-out to Josh at Ticketek! He successfully moved our Zara Larsson tickets so my daughter and I are now seated together after the venue change. Exchanging tickets
I spoke with Pauline from Ticketek Customer Care when I accidentally double booked tickets from two different events on the same date. She was able to give me multiple options for a new time and date and replied to me quickly on both email and phone to get my situation sorted. She showed a lot of care to help get my situation sorted and was really lovely to speak to.

Terrible seats 2 rows from back wall level 4.This is dangerous to navigate in and out if you have any disability. Terrified to leave my seat as I would definitely fall.
No access beyond level 3 if on crutches. Very Very disappointing.

I requested to exchange some NRL football tickets as I had selected the incorrect game.
Although at first it took some time for Ticketek to get back to me (as I know they’d be dealing with thousands of requests/enquiries), when they did get back to, the customer service was fantastic with great & quick communication. My tickets were exchanged & I was extremely happy.
