I see Urzila every time she comes to Perth and she never disappoints. I go with my daughter in law and have done for the last 5 years. So glad she moved to Rac it was the best night out. Thanks Urzila !!! PS see you next year

My wife nearly wet herself from laughing so much.
It was fairly quick to get into the venue and find our seats, even with all the people. Having it in the city this year made taking the train in a no brainier - no parking nightmares!
Booking was fairly easy and being able to share the tickets is great but it can get a bit glitchy sometimes. To me about six attempts to book another show earlier in the week.

She was very funny and the Entertainment centre is so much better that the Casino. Seating is good and parking is great.

I purchased the refundable ticket option specifically for peace of mind, in case unforeseen circumstances prevented attendance. Unfortunately, when my father was unexpectedly hospitalised requiring a nasogastric feeding tube, I discovered that claiming a refund was anything but straightforward.

The claims process requires extensive personal and medical information, including obtaining a medical certificate from the treating doctor. At a time when families are already dealing with serious illness, the last thing they should be doing is chasing paperwork from busy hospital doctors and surgeons and uploading sensitive personal documents. They even wanted official proof showing how we were related.

While the terms may technically allow these requirements, they are not what most customers would reasonably expect when purchasing a "refundable ticket" add-on. The process feels unnecessarily burdensome and creates the impression that legitimate claims are being made as difficult as possible.

I have ultimately decided not to pursue the refund because the time, stress and emotional energy required simply aren't worth it while supporting a loved one who is currently in hospital. That, to me, defeats the entire purpose of paying extra for refundable tickets in the first place.

I won't be purchasing this add-on again (or maybe anything that requires using Ticketek!) and I would encourage others not to bother either.

Urzila did not skip a beat. She was hilarious the entire show. I thought she must have been stopping for intermission when she said goodnight, as it did not feel like she had been making me LOL for almost 2hrs. Time flew!

I have never laughed so much. My core was hurting and my eyes were blurry with tears.
U.C. Is a very talented lady. Her humour is real!

Urzila, in our view, is the funniest comedian EVER! We’ve now seen her 3 consecutive years and we’ll be at her show next year - just waiting to know her tour dates.

I recently had a very disappointing experience with Ticketek. I received tickets from a seller through the official Ticketek transfer link, accepted them, and they appeared in my Ticketek account. A day and a half later, the tickets were suddenly recalled and removed from my account without my approval.

I contacted Ticketek to understand how someone else could access my account and retrieve tickets that had already been accepted. Their response was simply that they “can’t help if I’m not the original account holder.” This is extremely concerning, because it means anyone including scammers can recall tickets from another person’s account even after the transfer is completed.

This process leaves a huge gap for fraud. If Ticketek allows tickets to be recalled after acceptance, customers have no protection and no certainty that the tickets in their account are actually theirs. Unfortunately, I lost my money and there is nothing I can do about it.

Ticketek really needs to improve this process to protect customers and prevent scammers from exploiting the system.

The event was scheduled as all ages so I expect it to be less graphic & sexual, unfortunately took my 8 year old and quickly left shortly after she started. She was funny just should have had a better age restriction.

THe show was great, but finding our seat was not the best experience
I am low in hearing and vision and have a mobility issue, our ticket said Door C, then told to work around to the very front entrance and we can enter - then told go back to Door B, eventually got in
Plus had rung in the day to check entrance parking etc

The experience of the show was amazing. I knew Urzila would be funny but she was hilarious. I like how she kept things light whilst making sure everyone knew we came to listen to her not other people shouting out etc.

The venue was great with ease of getting there, scanning in and directing to seat.

Ticketek was easy as well. I had my ticket shared to me and was easy to claim these and add to wallet. Overall a great night at the comedy

I loved the show. BUT… parking was an issue. I have always pre-purchased a carpark ticket, when I purchase tickets. But this wasn’t an option. We were late for the show, because we drove around for 60 minutes, trying to access a carpark. Carpark 1 & 2 had signs out showing “carpark is full”. But this wasn’t the case, as I checked the live carpark site. In the end, we pushed the carpark intercom button, and the attendant told us to drive to the other entrance for carpark 2, to enter the carpark. By this stage, I was ready to just go home. But I persevered & drove around, looking for this entrance he directed us to. Then we finally find a carpark entrance, park & race in heading for the toilet. No toilet paper gggrrrr! Mind you… the walk from carpark 2 to the show was far too long for someone with a disability park, that couldn’t find one. Next, we head to the merchandise stall & the “Karen” tshirt was sold out. So 2 tickets at $71.30 each, plus $20 for parking, so $162.60 for a show that only went for 1.5hrs… that we missed out on the first 20mins; I Had to walk too far with my dodgy knees, with a drip dry fanny; All food/drink facilities closed, so dying of thirst after the stress of finding a park & the long walk to the show entrance; And I Didn’t get the tshirt I wanted. It just wasn’t worth my time & money, for a 1.5hr show. I won’t attend a show being held at the BCEC again.

I mistakenly booked tickets on the wrong day and my issue was fixed within a couple of hours of submitting the form! Very very happy!

I made an error on date of concert and they were so helpful and changed everything for me.

Out of show context the content maybe considered crude but the way it was presented and how Urzila engaged with the audience was amazing. The staff were great helping people to their seats, providing drinks in a very speedy manner.

this is our 4th year coming it i the best girls night out sadly this year for one of my friends she had to sit in a broken chair and when we told the ushers they only offered to move her right up the back away from us so she stayed in the broken chair afraid to laugh but we will be back next year and really would love front row.
