Lovely staff, easy access to location, good layout to see the stage.
Only complaint about the venue, 4 womens toilet stalls open downstairs is not enough! The queue was insane pre show.

Easy to navigate booking process. Great venue and location.
More ladies toilets open at the venue would have been better as queues were quite long and some were late getting into the show, but this is obviously not a Ticketek issue.

It was a great night full of laughs

I take my grown daughter each year. Last years show disappointed us & we almost didn't go this year. So glad we decided to still go! We had better seats & the entertainment started right from the minute the venue went dark & the beautiful stars shone. The aerial gymnastics were great & made the night. Seeing Jiminy Cricket & Tinkerbell made our night. I don't recall seeing them before. I think this was our favourite year. We love the aerial & the cars/truck were great. The venue was a bit frustrating with lack of toilets & food outlets. The wait lines were ridiculous. We did feel the prices for souvenirs, toys, mugs etc was too high.

Great venue, had some seating so you could take break if you needed. Always easy to get a drink. Always seems to be a relaxed vibe. Great band awesome Indy tunes. Booking process was easy always is. I have been to The ASTOR on many occasions & they never disappoint

Love the fact they play at smaller more intimate venues. Great song list, from all 7 albums. High energy. Dynamite bass from Nikki.

Sound was great, easy to see the band and get a drink. The band was epic. The only issue was we weren’t given a time that the band would start

The show was amazing

My 3yo daughter loved all the merch stands and the photo opportunity. It would've been nice to have a bit more decoration around, but I suppose they don't to encourage people to pay for the $50 photo. My daughter and I absolutely loved the show, but I do think it was very skewed towards girls. My nephews all enjoyed Cars, Toy Story, and Aladdin, but the rest were all princess movies. Of course boys can and do enjoy these female led movies, however in a house with only boys they most likely have not watched these movies / don't know the songs / don't know who any of the characters are, so it would be better to include some balance or at least make something like Toy Story double as long and include Friend In Me, I Knew It I Knew You, etc. Everyone I know who took boys said they wouldn't go again, unfortunately.

I appreciated the pram parking being ticketed, feels more secure.

It was a magical evening. We have been going for the last 12 years barring Covid and have not missed a year. It is a family tradition that started when my daughter was 2yrs old and we still continue. We have plans to go again next year❤️❤️❤️❤️

The last session was more interactive and more fun.

children were only disappointed there was no Mcqueen merchandise but other then that they all loved it

The performers were excellent, and being in the ront row they did try to interact with us where possible

The overall performance, lighting, fireworks and music was enjoyable. It was very nostalgic reliving some of my favourite Disney movies as a child. Would definitely go again

The seating was good, the performers were great, the sound was good, wasn't too loud but definitely loud enough

The overall experience was great and everyone enjoyed it. Free Photo booths and pictures with characters would have been a good addition and would have made kids experience so much greater . I felt that was lacking

More boy orientated entertainment needed we have grandchildren and the boys were excited to see buzz and Toystory but that was very short.
It is very female orientated. You could do more with the Pixar characters, a lot of the children dont know the princesses.
Great entertainment, skating , music was wonderful. I missed Ariel though.

The whole Disney on ice experience was amazing. We went as a family of 7 and the kids had an absolute ball, The show was amazing all round. Prices are not bad at all.
