Thieves...charged me twice, non refund.

I tried to purchase tickets for an event on ticketfly and the website interface was glitching out. I ended up getting two email notifications of a charge on my credit card, but no tickets emailed to me. I called and was on hold for awhile, but someone did finally come on and assured me that the charges had been attempted, but not posted. I was told they could not remove the charges from their end, and was offered approval codes that I could give to my bank to remove the charges. I called my bank, and that was not correct, the bank could not initiate the removal from the bank's end even with the approval codes, only the merchant can initiate that. However, my bank was able to assure me that the attempted charges did not go through and would drop off in about 10 days. I was able to go back on ticketfly's site and order my tickets (it timed out on me really quickly the first time, but the second try worked). This time I got my tickets on email and was able to print them. It's a ripoff at a $5 per ticket service fee (!!!) but at least I was able to resolve my issue and was able to purchase the tickets. I am going to recommend to this performer NOT to use ticketfly again. This was the only site through which tickets could be purchased for this performance. Ticketfly has horrible reviews and a lot of complaints on the Better Business Bureau site. I am actually feeling a bit nervous to have used my credit card to purchase from them (wish I could have used paypal, but that's not an option).

I am appalled by your scalper prices. My husband and I attended Anderson East at the Boulder Theater on Friday Sept. 21. I bought the tickets in advance. We have never been to Boulder Theater before and you website made it appear our seating was special seating, therefore I bought tickets with “seating” toward the front. We paid $143. Come to find out ALL tickets for this venue are GA and cost $20.

I AM SURE SCALPING TICKETS IS ILLEGAL. YOUR WEBSITE IS A FRAUD AND SOMEONE JUST TOTALLY RIPPED US OFF. I will be having this investigated further!

I had prepared to buy 2 Billie Eilish tickets for me and my friend. The tickets were set to come out on September 21st at 10am. I ran to my locker during second period and got out my debit card ready for the tickets to come out. I was on the site with my phone almost an hour before the tickets came out. AS SOON as it turn 10:00 i clicked on it but was disappointed to see the site read "none available". How were the tickets sold out even before they were on sale? I believe this is sketchy scalping business just like ticketmaster is doing for extra money. The same thing happened with the VIP General Admission tickets that had come out two days before that, no one could get in. If you looked on BiIlie's twitter everyone said they all had the same proble. It's sick how greedy people can be.

Horrible service. There is absolutely no way to reach anyone when you have an issue. I had to dispute a charge from them that was their error with my bank after numerous phone calls and literally 10+ emails went unanswered.

Wish I would have checked out this company first...wanted to go see Queen Tribute band at Carnegie Music Hall in Homestead Pa. I had never been to this venue before, so when I clicked on their website to purchase tickets, Ticketfly website came up..I wanted best available, which was on the balcony right, and the price was 99.00 with service fee and a 7.95 fee to have them emailed to me!!!!! It came to 125.00 a ticket. However when i printed my ticket it showed a price of 39.75...!! I questioned the usher did she know why this was, and she was appalled at the price that I paid for this ticket at this particular old, no air, small wooden seats, venue. Now the concert was great, the venue is great for sound and old charm, but I tried to find out if the hall knows their website goes right to ticketfly when you click on it. No answer from them, or Ticketfly when I contacted about the price shown on my printed ticket. Buyer Beware!!!!

This company had its security breached, and rather than informing me my personal details had been obtained, I had to find out from the media.

Wish there was an option for zero stars...

They had a complete data breach where users information was exposed and shared. And God forbid if you want to speak with customer service to shut down your account. It is not happening.

This website is unreliable it's a scam don't buy!

It said I would be charged $38 for my two tickets but then once I hit okay they charge me $50 and there was a $12 fee to get me the tickets that were in my email inbox

Charged three times for tickets I never received. I've called, emailed, and haven't been able to get a hold of ANYONE. That was over $200 that I was SCAMMED out of.

Tickets were purchased on my card without my consent and when attempting to contact TicketFly, i waited 3 hours on hold and nobody picked up. Contacted the better business bureau as well. Place is a joke. DO NOT go through TicketFly, any issues and you wont be able to contact anyone.

Be super careful everyone, I purchased TWO TICKETS for a concert at Brooklyn bowl and i recalled so well TWO TICKETS and when i was checking them out, i was charged four tickets, i called immediately and i had to wait 45 minutes for someone to tell me that they will have to call the event organizer for them to give me a refund and verify that it was only two tickets needed, they even said they will send me a email right after their call with the "event organizer" Guess what! one more day to the concert and no email from them. I tried to email them and nothing. I am not sure if I am the only unlucky person that this ever happened, but its frustrating to pay for something you did not buy, after this awful experience I had to go out of my way and look for people who wanted to go to this concert and sell the tickets to them, worst experience ever. Their no refund policy is the worst. Hopefully I dont have to use them again for tickets

RIP OFF!!! This outfit is horrible. I bought two tickets for a concert on line. The tickets were $25.00 each. After completing the process, my total for the two was $50.00 for tickets and $17.00 for "SERVICE CHARGE!!" I tried to reverse the transaction and all I got was "No Refunds." Basically, "Tough S**t Fool." Their customer service is a joke. I'll never buy through this rip off outfit again.

Purchased tickets two days ago and never got a confirmation email but it charged my bank account $222, emailed ticketfly that same night to ask for the confirmation email (I assumed it went through when it charged me) and never got a response. Called in today and they said it never went through and the concert is sold out, now I have to pay double if I want to go. Horrible experience and the customer support was rude over the phone.

Worst ticket site I’ve ever used. I had tickets in check out and somehow lost them. If a show you want to see is selling through this site JUST DONT GO! I would gladly pay a scalper double just to never use this site again.

ticketfly sold me tickets labeled one thing and the printed tickets something else. There is no customer support. They are terrible. Do not cause yourself headache buying from them.

When one purchases 2 tickets that are $26 a piece and Ticketfly charges $30 in fees, your company should be ashamed of yourself! This is completely absurd! Your company should be called Ticketgouge instead of Ticketfly, cause the fees you charge are the furthest from being Fly!

I purchased 2 tickets for the Iamsu show last night at The Catlyst in Santa Cruz through the Songkick page, I clicked on Iamsu, get tickets. It took me to Ticketfly and I purchased the two tickets. I drive 2 hours to the venue you find out the tickets were for Wifisfuneral who was also playing The Catalyst in The Atrium, which was a separate show on another part of the venue. I was very disappointed to say the least. I not only wasted money on tickets, but gas and a hotel room. Songkick should NEVER have a buy tickets link that gets you tickets for the wrong show. I deleted my app and will not be using Songkick or Ticketfly again. I WANT A REFUND!!!

Avoid at all cost. Worst customer service ever. Bought tickets. Advertised event changed dramatically. Waited 45 minutes on hold only to be denied a refund. Never again!
