Tickts is a UK ticketing platform built to put more money back in the pockets of fans and event organisers. We sell tickets online for everything from grassroots music nights, comedy and theatre to non-league football, festivals, club nights, charity fundraisers and community events. What makes us different is simple: no booking fees for buyers and zero commission for organisers. The price an organiser sets is the price a fan pays, and the organiser keeps it. There are no hidden charges, no per-ticket commissions and no long contracts. Where other platforms can add 10 percent or more to every ticket, with Tickts the only cost is the standard card-processing fee that applies anywhere you pay by card. Money is paid directly into the organiser's own Stripe account as tickets sell, so they stay in control of their funds rather than waiting weeks for a payout after the event. Behind the scenes, organisers get a full toolkit included with every account: reserved seating, QR code check-in scanning from any phone, gift cards, fan-to-fan resale at face value, memberships, merchandise, discount codes and live sales analytics. For fans, buying is quick and easy, tickets save straight to Apple and Google Wallet, and you always pay face value. Fair ticketing, done properly.

Great free service, just a little clunky
It’s great to find a ticket marketing company that doesn’t charge extra. In general things went smoothly, however for some reason I wasn’t able to save my ticket in Apple wallet and when it came to accessing it from the email at the door I was asked to login to the system all over again. This was a bit of a pain as I was holding up others in the queue.

Thanks Jill, really glad you rated the service highly and liked the no-extra-fees approach. A couple of things worth knowing for next time: your tickets are attached as a PDF to your booking confirmation email, so you can open that at the door any time without logging in. You can also add the ticket to your Apple Wallet in advance, either from the screen shown straight after booking or from the ticket itself in your tickts account, so it is saved and ready offline before you arrive. We are making both even easier to do directly from your booking emails too. Thanks for the helpful feedback.

They did have a glitch with the app…
They did have a glitch with the app when they first intialised it but they got in touch asap. They even popped over to see me at the even to apologize in person. They definitely have their priorities right by putting their customers first.

Easy and efficient ticket solution
Used the product for a fundraiser event and it worked extremely well. Easy to set up for multiple uses, very self explanatory and the reports and updates were supe easy as well. Set up tickets and a raffle and worked so well for both. Will definitely use it again.

Even you don't run adds or post anywhere, if the service is great then it already spreads by Mouth Publicity and and mouth publicity is better than running advertisement because mostly ads are ignored and while mouth publicity is trusted there are 💯% chances the people will come.
So I go to know about this event by one of the group and the online ticket buying was good experience the website was made fresh and cleaned(attractive). And all the details of the event provided very well.
So keep it up guys and I hope you guys will do fabulous job in the future.
