Above and beyond customer experience
Can’t recommend the Reading branch enough. Initially helped us choosing the tiles for our shower room and when we were informed by our builder we hadn’t got enough, James and Marcus really helped by sourcing some in 48hrs.

Very disappointed with the service from Tileflair Cribbs Causeway
We placed our order in April and were repeatedly promised delivery dates that were then missed. The most frustrating part was the complete lack of communication – we only received updates when we chased the store ourselves. Deliveries arrived in stages, dates kept changing, and part of the order was eventually not delivered at all, leaving us to collect it ourselves from the warehouse.
The delays caused our bathroom installation to be pushed back, resulting in additional fitting costs.
I understand that delays can happen, but poor communication, broken promises and the lack of any follow-up have made this a very disappointing experience.

Great service from Will at Tileflair Exeter…
We went very late on Saturday afternoon to Tileflair Exeter with about 45 minutes to closing. Will on the front desk was absolutely excellent. Even that late in the day he took his time to help us. He explained everything and was very kind and patient. Because of his care and consideration we placed our order with him today on the telephone adding many extras to our tile order. On the phone he took his time to explain different options for grout, (colours etc) tile trim, grouting thickness etc. He really is excellent at his job. I can highly rate Tileflair Exeter. Great job Will.

Tile match
We took a broken tile to Tile flair to try and find a good match to replace it. Marcus was able to tell us the manufacturer tile code and colour just by looking at it. It is no longer made but We were able to track it down online. Amazingly helpful.

Outstanding Customer Service Gorgeous Tiles
I needed these gorgeous tiles (BTW NO other company seemed to have just exactly what I was looking for) in a hurry so rang Tileflair and spoke with Aaron. Helpful, efficient and genuinely committed to doing his best to get these to me in a hurry. Followed up with a confirmation email and a promise to oversee my order as soon as it was placed to expedite the delivery process, which he duly did. They arrived within 48 hours and this on a short BH week. If only more companies employed an Aaron instead of ‘chat-bots’, the world would be a better place for all.
