Advertised and sold me a basin online. Shown as in stock. Paid for it. Received an email an hour later saying the basin was discontinued. So now I have no basin and the pleasure of waiting 7 working days for my money back

Refusing to refund an item not as described. Sent a walk in shower glass without the profile pack to fit the glass screen in to.

Description doesn’t state this needs to be purchased separately, the company says I should buy it separately, I will but not from you as you have mislead me once already. Customer service has zero product knowledge in what they’re selling so don’t count on these guys for help with anything.

Value for money on the tiles although delivery was steep at £55 for 3 boxes of tiles. Fantastic customer service and delivery. Delivery driver checked in advance to ensure a smooth delivery. Highly recommended.

Recently used the online system to order a set of tiles. Good quality and delivered efficiently.
Ray Massey - DIY user.

Tried to find 690 x 240 tiles to match old broken ones, and Tiles4Less were very helpful on the phone, locating the right tiles. That was on a Thursday, and the tiles arrived early Monday morning. Helen was really helpful in every way, she made the whole interaction very easy and quick.

Very fast feedback on queries and good price.

Ryan Hill there was great at sending samples, the order process and support on queries.

Products fine and priced well but the postage is outrageous especially for smaller orders and if you need an extra pack of tiles. The delivery cost was more than the tiles both times

everything went smoothly
I am happy with their service

Great service! Very easy to order online, great communications and quick delivery. Insulation came perfectly packaged and delivery was flawless. Would highly recommend.

After I placed my order, I contacted the company about a specific delivery request, and they responded quickly and positively. The tiles came quickly, through the agency of a company local to me, and were as described.

Prompt delivery and very good communication. The delivery driver was courteous and very helpful, unloading the celotex boards into our garage. We will be using this firm again, highly recommended and at a very competitive price.

Great company to deal with fast and efficient
Would come back to this company again
Thank you

I was looking everywhere for a specific dark anthracite lounge long narrow tile from RAK ceramics, having obtained a sample of the standard anthracite elsewhere. On Tiles4Less I found exactly what I was looking for, plus some really sexy dark anthracite mosaic tiles. Each time I added the product to my basket, a pack of standard sized tiles was added instead. A quick call to the helpline resulted in a promise to resolve the issue but also a warning that only 3 boxes remained in stock. I was planning on obtaining a sample but gambled and placed the full order instead including £30 delivery. The tiles arrived promptly and are absolutely perfect.

Online order for Indian sandstone patio slabs.
Ordered online after a few questions answered by Darren over the telephone and by email. He was very helpful.
Product arrived (on three pallets) within only a few days, delivery driver very personable and helpful.
I personally unpacked and moved each slab to the site, no damage in transit, the slabs had been very well packaged in wooden crates, plastic bound on wooden pallets.
Excellent quality slabs purchased to lay a patio.
No hesitation in recommending this company.

Superb service and extremely helpful. Will definitely be using Tiles4less on our next refurb.
