I ordered a water ph. meter on 4/27 and Tilswall has been paid but the item has not shipped and they are ignoring my request for information on shipping and tracking. They sure don't have a problem taking my money but being slow as a snail when it comes to doing a job and shipping my product. Needless to say I WILL NEVER BUY FROM THEM AGAIN

I wish there was a negative star available. Their product are cheaply made and their customer service is one of the worst I have ever dealt with. DO NOT BUY PRIDUCTS FROM THIS COMPANY. Buyer Beware!

I bought a decibel reader for my school as a going away gift. It does not work. Tilswall responded to my refund request saying they will not refund me because I can't prove it doesn't work.

I sent a video of me standing next to it in silence as it gave readings like 40db. It gave readings like 85 db to me speaking.

They are scummy and I got scammed and I can't do anything about it but write this review.

Dreadful service and quality of product. Ship from China and it will take an eternity. Much better products locally and you will be able to get spare parts if needed in a couple of days. I have given up on Tilswall ever sending me a replacement nozzle when it detached for no reason. Never again.

This is a Chinese company that does not have representation in the US, so your order will ship from China. Additionally, what I received was branded "Toikida", not Tilswall (they said it is supposedly an affiliated Chinese company). The packaging and instructions were in Chinese with English subtitles. Fortunately, all that was needed to put it together common sense. I have only tested the sprayer so far and it seemed OK, which is why i rated it a 3 star rather than 1 or 2. Just know that you are not getting exactly what you ordered and it is clearly made for the Chinese market.

Who knows if the product is any good… still hasn’t arrived and it’s been about 3 weeks. When I contact them before I purchased it they said I should receive it within 4-7 days. I also checked if I had to return it, did it have to go to china and they said no. They’ve lied through every step so far so I guess I’ll find out.

I placed an order online the product hasn’t been received there is no phone number to call and I have sent multiple emails with no reply this is a scam company

Truffatori. Se per caso perdono il vostro ordine non vi vogliono restituire i vostri soldi e continuano a tempestarvi di messaggi molesti per convincervi ad aspettare ancora. Ho ordinato uno spruzzatore un mese e mezzo fa e non è mai arrivato. Ladri.

Unfortunately order never arrived & after several attempts at trying to contact them (no telephone number) via email and contact form ! No response whatsoever!! So obviously won’t be recommending them !!!

Product itself was good. However on trying to contact the company was another story! No contact number available, can only contact by way of email or online contact form, neither of which they reply. Poor customer service, arrogant to ignore customers!!

This sprayer is lightweight, powerful and maneuverable. In the right hands it’ll turn the user into a professional. Makes a bigger paint job less time consuming.
