Paid £40 delivery, supposed to be 3/5 days but took a lot longer when I called and asked they said would arrive Friday but it was the following Thursday. Completely delayed our project.

The hard wood decking boards are beautiful quality - they look fantastic. The team were very helpful when I rang with questions and the boards arrived promptly on the day requested. Brilliant service. Thank you

Excellent service and product. The orchard we ordered was high quality, extremely well cut and milled and delivered safely. Every time I called customer service they provided an update (always called me ‘sir’) and were polite and helpful. Honestly, spot on company to buy from. Will continue to use them in the future 👍

I don't usually write reviews, but I felt this one was well deserved.

I had a great experience with this company. When I placed my order, the company address was accidentally mixed up with my home address, which could have meant the delivery was sent to me first and delayed our project.

Fortunately, Mark was incredibly helpful. As soon as I noticed the issue, he sorted everything out straight away and kept me updated until the delivery arrived safely on site.

It was a real pleasure dealing with both Mark and the company. Excellent customer service from start to finish, and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

Great product easy to find on the website, great price and Speedy delivery and when there was a small problem, it was fixed quickly and helpfully.

I purchased some western red cedar from timber living for some outdoor furniture builds and they did not disappoint it was delivered in 2 days in perfect condition and with care carefully wrapped excellent service I will without a doubt use again .highly recommend .

They have sent me the wrong lengths and I have sent two emails with no response.

Ordered some British larch and at first was disappointed with some of the pieces which were damaged and bent! but with one quick email they sorted it out and sent new ones with no hassle! Very satisfied

Very poor customer services.
8days since order confirmation and no updates. Rang yesterday morning to chase up order was told they would ring me back. no return call so i rang back mid afternoon once again i was told to expect a call back. Nothing.
1st thing this morning i rang them. For a 3rd time i was told they would ring me back. Nothing.
I emailed them this afternoon. I received an email that they would chase it up and get back to me.

I initially decided to go with timber living company due to there mostly good reviews.

Hoping to have an update tomorrow

After leaving review customer service was promt. My delivery turned up when they said. And the quality of the wood was excellent. I will be ordering from them again on my next project. Since my delivery they have emailed to check everything was ok with my order

The timber is well priced and their web site is easy to use.
We chose the wood we wanted for our garden and it all arrived well packaged and protected. There was a slight issue with delivery timings, but I called up and spoke to one of the team who sorted it out straight away and sent our order to us on the weekend, which was wonderful as we were scheduled to install it then. Would happily order again and recommend to friwends and family.

Slow, not prioritised. Not told anything unless i chased.

Great service

Good experience from start to finish. Quickly delivered samples and well priced quality products. Package arrived on time. Had one batten of 22 that had a crack but not major.
