My wife loved the song. It totally captured our history based on the detailed inputs I provided. There were a couple of minor edits needed and they were all handled in a timely fashion. I do believe the songs are generated using AI, but the "artists" do seem take the information I provided to craft meaningful lyrics with structured verses and chorus that was catchy and emotional.

If I could provide a 10 star review I most certainly would without hesitation . The song these musicians created for my firstborn daughter is absolutely perfect. I actually am overwhelmed with just how beautiful it turned out. I am positive that my daughter will feel the same way when I present it on her birthday.
The process was simple as could be on my end. This group of professionals met all thier self imposed deadlines and provided updates and a sample while maintaining almost daily contact. Truly seamless . Very professional.
I feel like they really care in a way that sadly is not the norm these days.

The song was disjointed and completely lost with the lyrics. It had mentioned something that completely didn’t make sense. You can tell these are generated AI songs. It’s not worth the money.

I hated the multiple people that were pulled into at every email. It was like a working geue and whoever pulled it out.i didn't chose the unlimited edits or fast shipping but i was charged for them I wrote the correct spelling of my last name and the pronunciation was wrong.still. the 4th lyric did not make sense. It said " till he asked a question out"? We went back and forth trying to get the lyrics right the pronunciation of the name right and the spelling.when it was all written dowm for them im the original order. I personally like someone else who was singing it but at this point I'm just ready for it to befinished. So a 99.00 song has ended upcosting me 258.00 plus another 100 if you want more than a link to your song.

In preparation for my final day, I wanted to leave a memory of my life that my family could reflect upon and enjoy for years to come. I submitted my important life facts and a very nice song was created. Initially the playback volume was too low, but they corrected it for me. I ordered the CD package and one vinyl record. The CD's turned out great. The vinyl volume was recorded/pressed too low and I was unable to compensate for the low recorded volume on my stereo system. The vinyl could not be appreciated at the low volume. I contacted Timeless Song to return the vinyl and get a new one pressed, but they only stated that they would review my situation. After paying $199.00 for one vinyl record, I believe it should be of very high quality! After four (4) days of correspondence to them, I have received no response. I am disappointed in Timeless Song response time and lack of commitment to their vinyl product quality. Sad but true.

I ordered a song from Timeless Songs for my husband. When I received the recording, one of the lines has me calling him a nickname that he calls me. They never sent a preview of the song. Had they done this, I would have corrected it. I have sent multiple emails and Facebook messages to them regarding this matter. The emails are requesting the lyric be corrected but I have not received one response from them. The service after the sale is nonexistent. I cannot give this song to my husband because of their unwillingness to respond or correct this. I have wasted my time and money. If my financial institution can stop payment, I will have them do so.
