The team seem to have thought of everything and even when they haven't they respond very quickly to any query. Easy to use, intuitive and simple interface, nice to look at, and amazingly economic (we didn't even realise there was a charity discount but Timetastic let us know without asking). As the HR/Payroll manager this has saved me loads of time. Highly recommended.

Timetastic offer a really easy and affordable solution to holiday tracking that requires zero training. The reporting is very comprehensive and there is a lot of flexibility around setting up your own leave types.
The customer service is excellent and they take a genuine interest in customer feedback and the product features are ever expanding.

This is simply the best, most user friendly (both from an end user to the person who administrates time off work point of view) and cost effective absence tracker I have had the pleasure to use. The app couldn't be simpler for even the most IT illiterate person. The back office iterations are also intuitive. I could wax lyrical all day long but the gist is that if you want to make your life simpler get Timetastic.
We used to have a spreadsheet with holidays, training days etc. marked in it for each employee. Tracking holiday requests, making sure there was enough cover for departments and even remembering to update the sheet was a total pain. Timetastic does ALL of this for us now and with the mobile app, employees can even manage their own PTO and all it needs is simple approval.
Any support requests I had (very few) at the outset when we were configuring the platform were answered fully and very quickly.
Simply put, there is no reason not to use Timetastic!
After some awful experiences trying to manage staff absence through payroll systems, we've not looked back since setting up Timetastic. The team have designed a great product, which manages to be simple and straightforward to use despite having all the features and configurability we need, and it has a fantastic price point to boot. Recommended!

Our team love Timetastic's simplicity. It lets them manage their leave quickly and easily on any device. They get a clear view of what days are available to book off and how many days they have left. This is one of those systems that cause zero headaches.
After using Timetastic for 3 years now I can honestly say it just works - and I am no tech person and nor are my team.
Thank you for creating such a simple, effective and easy to admin solution. You have a great product.
As a side note, we find it is more than just a 'holiday tracker' but reduces the potential for sick leave by showing the employee how many sick days they have taken so far. No more duvet days! (not that it was a big problem for us anyway but you get the idea).

Fantastic product to use - we use it across multiple businesses. Super easy to use, but really configurable and feature rich.
Definitely recommend using TimeTastic in any SME, or larger organisations where TimeTastics's API can be integrated with any in-house HR systems.
We've used timetastic for 5 or 6 years now. Great product, incredibly good value, and takes all the pain out of managing staff holidays and sick leave. We use the Slack integration successfully. Recommended.
Timetastic is a great product, we have been using it from the outset. Their prices were way too low from the outset for such a handy tool for any organisation.
I had expected the price increase many moons ago and I think we've been fortunate that they have kept it so low for such a long time.

Great product, still at a great price despite the price increase. Whilst the previous reviewer says 60% price rise, they omit that it's still well under £1 per user! Simple, easy to use and continues to provide excellent value for our company. More and more functionality is being added over the years but they still continue to keep the UI clean and straightforward
Just received notice today from Timetastic that they are raising their prices by 60%. Not only that but they have only provided 24hrs notice!
This may have been "an agonising decision" but not as agonising as your customers now having to deal with these additional costs in an uncertain economic climate.

This is a brilliant product. It's modern, simple and slick. I've used the product for a couple of years and I am sad it's coming to an end after an acquisition forced us to change. Everything we've wanted it to do it has done and always in such an intuitive way, never suffering any feature bloat. I've never had to log a support ticket and I've only needed to refer to help docs on a couple of occasions for more complicated things. I don't know the team from Timetastic but they really seem to have their shop in order when it comes to building a product. Love it. Well done. And based in Manchester too - even better in my eyes!

Timetastic is a very easy to use centralized tool for managing holidays in a company. It provides no more and no less than the functionality that we need, which is a quick way to receive holiday requests and approve them, as well as visibility for the entire team so everyone knows when a team member plans to or is away from office.
