Horrible cheating lying scumbags. I purchased a load of small items, over 75% of which were absolutely NOTHING like the photos in the listings.They use fake photographs and I strongly suspect, fake reviews for their rubbish..... I created a return which took forever as each item needs a photo and full description of the problems etc
At the end of it, I was offered a £17 refund VOUCHER that had to be spent on an order over £40 within the next THREE DAYS!!!!! Alternatively I could send the items back, but that the refunds were not guaranteed as they had to individually exsmine the items to approve or deny refunds, and I think we all know where thats going!!!! They're Shabby criminals, today I Learnt that if it seems too good to be true.... it definitely is!!!!! I am deleting my account tonight.
The only good things I have ever purchased thru temu has been from local sellers, so they're UK sellers sending within the uk.

Love temu,just got to know what is good and what is not. I bought a metal detector it's a cheap one,works but if it ain't over 200 it ain't no good.

I never bought anything from temu because im smart enough to read reviews first. For those of you that have, I suggest you spread the word to family and friends to help shut this company down. Im fed up with what I read. These products are made in China. Do your homework about the country. By the way TrustPilot, it's Temu not Timu. Buy American made products. By submitting this review, my genuine experience is reading others reviews, and let me tell you, "you have got to be kidding me", unreal!

I paid for several items, but only a few arrived. When I contacted support, they gave me the same scripted apology and never resolved my issue. It feels like my money disappeared.

Taking me bye from my account I can’t understand how they do it from one time I bought something that turned out less than par of I look at their sight boom money taken from my Cash App and my card could be licked it doesn’t matter they get the money from ve fought it only to be told bull and I wrote it off but that’s terrible how are they getting past the security of my card I can’t even do that at a store I’ll forget it’s locked and get denied unbelievable

For the second time in as many months, only to be conned a second time. It will be the last. Last month, I was contacted by Timu informing me I had won the chance to buy 6 Items at any value for just 0.01p. So I chose wisely. After a couple of weeks, I wondered about my Items. I looked at the site only to find 5 items not sent and a full payment for the last one taken from my account. I complained and was told what a wonderful customer I was. But no answer to my request. I then warned Timu that I would do as I am doing now.....reporting on Trust Pilot. The return email was the one I had just sent them, then nothing.
This morning I got another message, this time 6 Items for nothing, no minimum payment, just the six items. Made my choice, then told I could have a £100 refund if I just bought one more Item. I stupidly took the chance. And yet again I'm promised £100 refund on my purchase if I just buy one more item. So I did, and guess what, I have to buy another. Then, even more to the value of £15. At that point, I gave up, as the con was screamingly obvious.

I purchased four items from TIMU few weeks back. All arrived no problems at all. I checked items were good I like it but due to the sizes I would like to exchange rather than get the refund. Now here is the issue, when I logged on with TIMU account online and try to find my order, I can't see there at all and made online chat. They are not able to fine my purchase history what a joke.....? After, I gave all my details that I had especially the amount I paid, date and items that I bought from them from online.

What a SCAM please guys becarefull of buying from them.

just wish i could give minus stars, temu in my opinion is a very deceptive dishonest site with the same scripted appolagies everytime, i am yet to get any promotions they offer, its allways an excuse why you are NOT getting them, they are no longer inexspensive, i am waiting for my latest goods to arrive and yes once again minus the promotions promised then i will delete my account , the likes of tiktok and ebay are much better options now , i personally will AVOID temu from this day forward

I purchased an $80.00 solar powered security light from temu and was impressed with the light it produced but the first time it rained that was the end of that. Hasn't worked since and very hard to get refund so I just learned my lesson.

I was very satisfied with my order. Yes the shipping took a few days longer but I ordered 8 items. And shipping was free. All 8 items were neaty and securely packaging. I thought WOW.

I am so disappointed that they raise our hopes about the freebies and then they torture you with these games that the closer you get to winning the free gifts and sending all your friends these crazy requests over and over again and play games day after day and you are supposedly $1.00 dollar away day after day of winning your freebies they take it all the way down to 1 penny per play then you slowly begin to realize you're not going to ever win these free gifts you have just wasted your time WTh are you serious!!!! As soon as I get my orders in I will never order again and will let everyone know it's a scam and uninstall the App very angry they lost a customer

Packaging of my sticker was so much better the first and second time around, I have just once again purchased another bike " The Beast " sticker and the packaging was terrible whereby the sticker was folded multiple times and squashed into small packaging.

I purchased a robot vacuum for 50 some dollars and it didn't work worth a damn. It got stuck in corners. I returned it and bought a better one for $84. A part inside the dust chamber fell off after 3 or 4 months. I asked if they could replace the little cap that holds it on. They said no it's more than 3 months since the purchase so it's out of warranty. About a month later the left spinning brush stopped spinning. The machine knew something was wrong so it won't run. Now they have offered a $27.5 refund. I told them no thank you so they offered me 20% off of another purchase. No thank you. I also noticed that the warranty page was gone from the owner's manual. Missing from both the printed one that came with the product and the online owner's manual that's provided in five different languages each has the warranty page 14 missing. I guess they know their merchandise is crap. I would say so is their customer service.

Rubbish, there dilivery system in Cyprus is cowboys at there worst,they tex me saying to pick up parcel from airport,it says a free delivery, but I have never had a package bought to my door, I must go to pick up, I’m deleting Timu , Amazon better.

i orderd a video camera ,toy gun a charm never got them ,most of shirts where wrong size,a hat was bent all up ,place su,ks never will i buy nothing ever they need to close the place its one star,if they dont have your size they send whatever,if the item is out they just rob you

Temu is so so bad guys that it takes 10 days, and they have so much drama on the app they just lie and lie that your items are in customs they are in the airport they have departed, never make a mistake ordering anything on this shiiiiiit temu.

Don’t buy anything from Timu. What you see on the advert is not the same. Very cheap quality Chinese products. Bought a pair of shoes and took several weeks to arrive and very disappointed with the quality. I am going send it back. I will never buy anything from them.

First of all, you get exactly what you pay for which is NOTHING!!! Buy cheap, get cheap!!! This is what my parents taught me and now I have seen the light!
My friends talked me into trying it even though I warned them that it was nothing more than a way for the Chinese government to get access to your personal information. Turns out, I was right!!! The product that you get is NOT what was shown. Meanwhile, you have just given up your credit card information, your address, phone number, and basically said “hello and welcome to all of my personal information. Do with it as you wish.”
Take my advice (even though I failed to do the same) and DO NOT purchase from Temo and especially DO NOT DOWNLOAD THE APP!!!!

The trickery goes on! I treied to purchase a can opener and a kitchen mallet today. The web site splashes "Free Shipping on all Orders - Exclusive Offer"
My purchase came to around $36 and at checkout I was advised that I need to spend another $4 to get free delivery! How contradictory is that? I could not find an option to pay for the delivery either. How about that for manipulating the client? Last time for me!
