The unicorn pillows I bought my girls hindered their sleep and when I reached out for the “30 day money back guarantee” I’ve had no response. Disappointed and still tired

SCAM. Arrived dirty and smelly. Messaged the customer service who offered me to keep the product with a 90% refund after months of going back and forth. Agreed to this and they have ghosted with no further contact. Waste of money and the worst company to deal with. Avoid at all costs.

Damaged product and extremely poor customer service. I contacted customer service on two separate occasions regarding the damaged product, but received no response at all. The product itself was very poor quality, which is particularly disappointing as I purchased it for my child.
I regret buying this product and would not recommend it. Based on my experience, I would strongly advise others to stay away from this company and product. Very disappointing experience from both the quality of the product and the lack of customer support.

My grandson loves the toys I bought for him. He plays with them all the time. He's 15 months old the toys were ideal for his age. The items were great quality. Thank you .

Spent £40 on a pillow which they claim has been delivered on a random date where no delivery was even attempted. Contacted support and they claimed nothing they could do as order was marked delivered. Months later and they email begging for a review!!! Still no product to review and no attempt at resolution from them.

The company have been great but the pillow in question hasn’t really done anything for my little girl she’s not fussy by it and prefers not to use it. Il keep it for my little boy when he’s old enough just in case

I ordered 2 snuggle pillows ... they did take a little time to arrive but lovely pillows ... my granddaughter loves them ... uses them to sit on too ... x

I ordered 8 weeks ago and my order has never arrived. I have contacted the company twice to request a replacement or refund and have been ignored on both occasions. This current review is left following an automated feedback request to leave a positive review with the ‘incentive’ that every second good review has their order fully refunded. I will be requesting a chargeback from my bank.

Fast delivery, item feels great & comfy

Arrived fairly quickly and gorgeous item, I want one for myself! I occasionally hear my little boy shouting rawrrr (he has the lion), but it's very cute x

My experience was actually great. The product arrived in a timely manner. The educational toy was good and fun to use, all the kids loved it. I even used it myself a few times. Would recommend.

I cannot believe this company had the cheek to email me and incentivise me to post a positive review. Unfortunately, I’ve got nothing positive to say about the company. My order was placed on the 8th September and still hasn’t even been shipped almost a month later?!
I’ve had no response to multiple emails or messenger messages. I ordered this product as my little boy has sensory needs and struggles to fall asleep but I’ve just ended up £40 out of pocket,

Superb customer service to begin with when my order didnt arrive. However I am now wanting to take them up on their money back guarantee and I am not receiving a response which is incredibly frustrating.

After reading reviews, I was hesitant to order. But very happy that I did. Quality it's well worth the money. Customer service very easy to deal with. Not five stars as the country origin is misleading, but delivery was still reasonable.

Ordered two snuggle buddys for my kids- they are so cute and my children love them! Bright, colourful & perfect shape/size for my 2 and 3 year old. I got an email when my order was delayed keeping me informed- excellent customer service. Delivered with no problems. Highly recommend!

Experience was fine no delivery issues but I wouldnt recommend the product as the fabric on pillow is like a lycra so it just makes my little boy sweat horrendously and we cant use it

I wanted to send this back got no response, i tried to cancel order 2 hours after ordering, but they still sent it. The customer service is disgusting they dont reply. So if ordering hope you dont need to return it

I am very pleased with the product; the pillows seem very well made and my two children love them. The added benefit of having a comforter attached to each pillow is great too. No issues with delivery for us 👍 thanks Tiny Wonder

Ordered 2 sleep buddies, my little boy loves his lion one and the other is away as part of a Christmas gift for my niece. Ordered, shipped 2 days after and arrived a lot quicker than expected.

After such a great experience I ordered the mini chef kitchen set as a Christmas gift. Again it arrived quickly. Thank you.
