Tiny Fox always sends out my orders quickly and the items I order are always perfect. They are easy to deal with and I have never had a problem with my deliveries. 100% recommend buying from them!

Still haven't received my order. Company isn't in NZ, they appear to be an overseas dropshipper, don't be fooled by the .co.nz.

The order was dispatched almost immediately and I was notified of the parcel's progress until it reached our door. Packaging was planet friendly.
What more can I say? I only realised how good the service was when I compare with another order I placed with a different company on the same day & there was no communication.

Ordered 3 items. The one I was least interested in was drop-shipped to me from the nile. The others were both "out of stock", one took a week to notify me it was out. Very frustrating. Advertising a product you don't have in stock and saying it is in stock, is false and misleading behaviour.

Terrible customer service they think as they are an Australian company NZ consumer guarantees act doesn't apply to them and that their returns policy overrides NZ law. Don't create a NZ website, make out you are a NZ company and trade in NZ if you aren't willing to follow NZ law. Seriously, how can you say that if a product isn't reported as faulty or "become faulty" within 30 days of receipt the customer cannot request a remedy.

I was slightly concerned on reading some of the reviews here after placing my order, however, these fears were all unfounded. The 2 items I orderee arrived within 1 week and the other in 3 weeks, I was only charged 1 shipping fee despite there being 2 parcels and communication from customer services was very good. Would use again.

Camera requires a subscription model to work of $50-$80 a year, that was not in the advertisement anywhere. Company refuses to refund or compensate, and camera is useless without the subscription. Do not buy from this company, highly unethical company.

Was really impressed with tiny fox. Have ordered twice from them both times order arrived super fast. Website was easy to use and best of all product was a great price.

I purchased two items from this website about a month ago (thinking it was a NZ site but it isn’t). The site advertises NZ postage for $3.90 (I was charged $4.50) and makes a point of saying that if the shipment is split, you won’t be charged extra (I was). I rec’d an email saying one of the items advertised as available, actually wasn’t. This was annoying given I’d purchased the items together for a reason. They couldn’t delay sending the item that was available. I selected a replacement item, emailing first to ensure it was indeed in stock. Once confirmed, I asked if I would be charged postage again given it was their error that the items couldn’t be posted together. The reply indicated firmly that I should pay postage again. I didn’t have time to look elsewhere, so told them I thought that was unfair but made the order and paid a second lot of postage. I do not recommend this company. It all feels a bit deceptive and is a bit of a hot mess. Read the reviews and look elsewhere.

It was very easy to order what I needed.

Placed an item for a baby pillow.
Was first advised a delivery date then told will be delivered this week, and my item still has not been delivered. No tracking email to track the parcel either. Poor service all round. Will not be using this company again.

Great service. I did a 2am order and Tiny Fox had dispatched it the same day. It arrived in the overnight courier 2 working days later. Much appreciated given time is so valuable with a newborn!

I'm happy with my order - it was a gift to my daughter who lives in NZ, and she sent me photos of the items delivered to her Ackland address. It's really great that one can order from here (Germany) and it works perfectly well - thanks to all foxes involved!

The shop and item were great, delivery was terrible! Item arrived 3 weeks late, my delivery updates never changed from processing and don’t try to call to get help, not worth the time!
