I purchased an adult gut test and I couldn't get their website to finish processing my activation for my test results. I used their AI assistant who told me it sounded like a technical problem with the website. I emailed the company and they said I should use a different browser. I used 3: Safari Chrome and Microsoft Edge. Two were on a Mac desktop and one was on a laptop. NONE of them would work. I emailed the company and they told me they would make sure my results were sent to me, so I mailed in my sample. I never got an acknowledgement of receipt and now they are not even answering emails. I am going to try to get my charge card refunded. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

Me and my wife have recently gone through the TinyHealth Gut Microbiome test and have been truly amazed. We are health focused individuals who focus on healthy food , exercise , and taking the right supplements but have always been a little in the dark on how well our gut is doing. This test has opened my eyes to what we are doing well and what we can improve upon to improve the diversity and remove bad bacteria. I have already noticed a difference after making a few changes and additions in supplements to my energy and focus. We will be retesting in a few months to see how changes we made. I recommend this to anyone looking for detailed insights into their gut health.

I am obsessed with Tiny Health and Amy Orlandi there. She has been so instrumental in navigating my children's gut-related issues.

Update: The correct people were finally contacted and they made changes to make sure that they can respond faster. They provided me with a video detailing my daughter's results as well as recommendations that fit our needs (no inflammatory ingredients like seed oils).

Original Review: We reached out to Tiny Health over a week ago with a concern that warranted a response from a specialist. Eight days later, we have still not heard back from anyone with actual expertise on the matter.
For a company that markets itself around children's health, this level of responsiveness is unacceptable. When parents come to you with concerns, timely follow-through from qualified staff should be a baseline expectation — not something you have to chase.
I hope this feedback prompts some real changes to how support requests are handled.
