I didn’t receive my entire order
I didn’t receive my entire order. Reached out to the company and they ensure I did, but not everything was delivered.
Update:
I only left a negative review after not hearing back for a few days. I was told that every thing was in the box but they were wrong. There were products that I ordered but were not shipped. They sent me pictures but the picture was not what I received. Eventually they did make it right and sent me the missing products. Communication was respectful and professional. Thank you for making it right. I changed my rating from 1 star to 5 stars.

Tiny home equipment over exceeded my expectations! I was looking at the ogo website for the composting toilet but also saw the same toilet on this website for less expensive and no shipping costs. It seemed too good to be true so I called to ask some questions spoke with a nice man, he instantly answered.. thankfully because nowadays you have to go through so many prompts to talk to a live person. He answered all my questions and even honored a discount I asked him about. I received my order quickly too. I would purchase from here again.
