My experience with the Tipsy Elves affiliate program has been extremely disappointing.

I have $832 in legitimate affiliate commissions that have been pending for a very long time, and despite repeated follow-ups, I have not received my payment.

The biggest issue is the complete lack of communication. I have emailed the affiliate team multiple times, but I have received no meaningful response and no update regarding my outstanding commissions. As an affiliate, it is very frustrating to spend time and effort promoting a brand, generate sales, and then be left waiting indefinitely without any explanation.

I am not asking for anything beyond what I have legitimately earned. I simply want my $832 affiliate commission to be reviewed and paid, along with a clear update from the affiliate team.

I hope Tipsy Elves improves its communication with affiliates and resolves outstanding payments in a timely and transparent manner.

Product was as expected, but arrived late after shipping delays and the return was subject to a $13+ “handling fee”. I already paid $15 for express shipping and then pay $13 to return it when it’s late?

Made the order June 30th. Did not see the need to pay for expedited shipping as regular shipping said I would have it the next week and in time for my trip.. Still have not got my order. Now I can’t wear the shirts for my trip.

The shipping time was honest, and the quality of the jumpers are really good. the discounts I was provided with was a huge bonus, the only downfall would be the price of the jumper and including shipping ontop of that made it an exspensive purchase.

The order was early than expected. The design is everything as expected. The 4 stars was because of the material. I have paid for golf shirts with better material and fit at the same price.

Never received the ordered item. Shipping was delayed from the start. Not a great first impression. The tracking information didn't tell me anything until it was "delivered"

My usa shirt the red in the flag bleed all over the other parts of the shirt. Id.actually like to return it.

Really excellent customer service, and high quality materials in the shirts we purchased. Will be a return customer!

The size chart wasn’t even close to true fit. I wear a large in pretty much everything I own (even have a few medium shirts), and the shirt was borderline skin tight even though it was labeled “Large”. For reference, I’m about 6’3 and around 200 pounds. I already washed the shirt, so I’m not going to ask for a refund, but I probably won’t be ordering again.

Great products as advertised. Sizes spot on. Cost just right. Delivery on schedule. Can’t ask for more
