I purchased tisscare foot massage,late I noticed my address was incorrect.contacted customer service they responded quickly, were able to correct it. I am also very satisfied with the product I bought it for my husband me and my daughter use too Is a great machine.

My wife is very happy with the product. She gets cramps a lot and it really helps.

I am looking a foot massage when I saw it in FB this Tisscare massager machine with promotion then I grab it I ordered quickly.
When I received the item I'm so excited to used it. But I really feel Disappointed because the heating is not working. I press manually not working I used the remote still not working disappointed.
I send EMAILS several times about my complain in TISSCARE regarding the machine because the heating not working, really feel sad they are very slow to do the action. Until now I don't get any action regarding this matter from this company.
How I can change it. No action at all they send me same message keep asking same things until I feel tired sending an email very bad experience buying online this company all I can say waste of money Because difficult to change the item if you have complained hard to reach on them😡😡😡 after almost 1 month keep sending them an email finally they asked me 50 euro refund rather I return back the item what can I do I accepted rather nothing....
Anyway thank you Tisscare for 50 euro refund not bad.

Easy to buy on the website and with a good discount. Item delivered in a reasonable time.

Arrived quickly and was the perfect size. However it was delivered with no external packaging and it kinda ruined the birthday surprise

Great physical therapy alternative at home!

The purchase was a Christmas present and the package was wrapped to hide its contents.

I placed the order directly from Tisscare website in the US and I got the order on time.

However, the product was not of a good quality and it hurt the feet when tried it on. When I asked for return, I had to bear the shipping expense (over 40$) and still haven’t received any partial refund of the product.

The customer service is extremely slow in replying to emails. Please improve the customer service experience or do not sell your products on your website.

Amazing everything

I've sent you 5 emails with no reply and I can't get through on phone because I get a message that says, "VM Box is Full".
You're sending my order to the wrong address.
After 2-hours on the phone, I located the package at a UPS warehouse. I couldn't change the address because UPS said only you can. Well, I can't get in touch with you. So, I had to make two 3-hour round trips, total 6-hours, of driving, to pick up the package To top it off, it's 4-days late for a Christmas present for my wife. Your service and support is bad, very bad...it's not only bad, it doesn't exist. I will never, ever order from you again.

my first unit arrived and it broke a week later.
I contacted support about it and they sent me a replacement unit right away.

No responses. I tried the product for 1 week after getting it and was not impressed or happy with it. I went to the website and emailed the company email provided - No response. I called the number provided. I get some automated voice mail, no person, no personal response, nothing. I had to contact my credit card company to dispute purchase since they won't respond or take their product back.

I've been experiencing foot pain so I brought myself this in hopes it would help. I feel like it does help. So I try to be consistent with using it. It's a nice little treat

The product works fine. Customer service is non-existent. Giving up on that!
