Very quick and efficient service

This is a predatory business that charges significantly more for a service you can get through LANDATA. They advertise themselves as though they are an authority and hold the records but they’re just getting them from LANDATA and sending them to you - it takes longer than getting it direct yourself. Charged me almost $80 for a copy of the title and you can get it just as easy from LANDATA for $8.30.
