This store has some great athletic clothing from different manufacturers and I have bought several items over the years. However, sizes vary greatly and their return process is ridiculously slow and cumbersome . On several occasions
( including a credit I am waiting for ‘as we speak’ ) the refund never appears until I contact them and interrogate. You have to pay for returns, I have tracking that proves the items were returned and the date. I am so done with them, and by these reviews, I see that others agree!

I have purchased a couple of gift cards for people through Title Nine. Each recipient has had an extraordinarily hard time trying to get their gift cards recognized through the ordering system online. It’s a cumbersome process. It shouldn’t be that way when you’re trying to give someone a gift. It turns off not only the person receiving the gift, but also the person sending the gift because they must get involved as well.
On the clothing front, I have found that the quality of Title Nine clothing has significantly gone downhill. It’s cheap, outsourced manufacturing which takes a good while to get to the customer and I have kept few things over the past few years.
I think I’ve finally given up on Title Nine, what once was great is now just average at best.

The return process is terrible. I returned an item an it took 4 months for them to notify me that I am getting a refund in 3 to 5 business days. Reading other reviews here and I think that I have a much longer wait than 3 to 5 business days. If the item costs $20, I wouldn't spend the time chasing it down. Unfortunately, Title Nine stuff is expensive. So far I am still waiting for a refund of $250.
Update: I called customer service after receiving the refund notification. The refund was processed right away and I received the refund the next day.

I have been a Title Nine customer for years without disappointment. Until recently. And for me, this is the end of our relationship. Let me tell you why. I placed an order online for a pair of pants that I returned the following day after receiving them, tags attached, unworn, as new, with a generated shipping label. After waiting several days for the return to be received, I then received an email confirmation from T9, "Good news, we've processed your return or credit. It may take 3-5 business days for the credit to appear in account." That was nearly two weeks ago. I called customer service and was told that the return was in "Pending" status, and not processed as the email had promised. Furthermore, the customer service rep said that she would "push it through" and to expect the refund in my account in 3-5 business days. I made yet another follow-up call this morning and was told that the return is still not processed and that she would reach out to the credit card department Once done, it will be another 3-5 business days. What this means to me is that I can no longer trust this company and without trust, there is no relationship. Unless you live within access to a physical Title Nine store, I strongly recommend shopping elsewhere.

I recently purchased a swim top which faded terrible within a few times of wearing it. I asked to have it replaced, which they refused. They offer me a 10% discount to purchase a new one. They DO NOT stand behind the quality of there products.
Title nine is price gouging and blaming the tariffs. They have raised prices on many items that were in stock before the tariffs. They’ve lost a years long customer in me.
This company has gone so downhill I used to buy from them for years but their snotty customer service, smug attitude and their ridiculous Return policies, cheap clothing, high prices have now completely turned me off. SO NOT WORTH IT ANYMORE !! just wait for the major increase in prices after the tariffs kick in. Never shopping there again!!!
Ordered a sweater that I used their sizing guide to order the size. It came in WAY too big so I thought not a problem, I will just exchange it. They did not have the size I needed so now I have to pay to ship it back. It’s frustrating to use their guide, it not work, they don’t have the size I need so now I have to pay to ship it back. Until you can actually return for free…like most places that sell high quality clothing, I will not order from them.
I ordered a reversible jacket, which I've had for a year. After less than a year the nylon quilted side of the jacket started to show signs of wear making it impossible to wear it with that side showing. Title 9 simply told me that because it was past 60 days they would give me 15% on a future order. This is an expensive item that surely should have lasted in good condition past a year.
Worst company I have ever dealt with.

I ordered two pairs of pants for travel. They arrived after a month so I had to return them when I was traveling so that meant at a store.
I returned them at the store ( they wouldn’t let me exchange a size. They said they had to be returned and then repurchase a pair in the store ) very strange they would not give me a return receipt and I was bothered by that so I called back and asked them to email a RETURN receipt they said yes and they emailed the original purchase receipt. I called back and was told they don’t give return receipts because there new computer system does not work that way. So I asked if there was anyway for them to check if they show I returned them and she said yes. She looked me up and said yes it shows you returned but she still can’t give me a return receipt and I’ll just have to wait till it shows up on my visa. Then I get a email from them saying I can return my items and to just print the return label and enclose the items and send to back .. what ??
So I call the store I return them to again and was to its their computer system and it spits these emails out and to just ignore them.
This has to be the most unprofessional company I have ever dealt with.
Something is wrong with this companies return system. Best described as unprofessional as it gets.
Some of the products are very poor quality, even though they are costly and advertised as high quality. A rain jacket I wore a few time over the summer already has a hole in it. Customer service has been very poor, failing to read and respond appropriately to messages and have bee. offering solutions that make no sense. I will not buy from Title Nine again!
Horrible customer service. They sent 1 item from my order to the wrong person, couldn’t find a replacement item for it (was told it was out of stock), cancelled my entire order, and expected me to pay shipping on the item they sent to the wrong person. Their response was to provide me with a “deep discount” code of 20% to make another purchase. Because they canceled my entire order, the other item I wanted was out of stock and couldn’t be reordered. Definite supply chain issues and lack of customer service awareness. Would never trust them.
We all know Title Nine clothing is badass, but their brash fabric literally saved mine. I was attacked by a dog who bit me four times trying to get at my dog. I have the fang marks, bleeding and bruising to prove it, but not a rip in the pants. I'm still astounded a year later as I put on these pants that have lasted for years through, well, everything.
Sizing is way too off. I know that sports bra are tight. My measurement is a know that sports bra are tight. My measurement is 36.5”. I ordered a 40C, it was very tight, but I assumed it would stretch out after a few wears like all of my other bras. That did not happen. It has been a year and all three sports bras still only measures at 32” stretched out. I have been wearing a bra extender with them since my purchase and extremely unsatisfied. I know sports bras are supposed to be snug across the breast but not squeeze your rib cage in a band causing extreme back fat. They don’t offer a larger sizes.
Everything is wrong. Before you start allowing someone to use an email or a phone number, you should verify this and if it isn't accurate,you don't put it in your database and spam the person who rightfully owns this. Then after email envoking CCPA RIGHTS, you don't ask the consumer who didn't sign up to now to go through hoops to get the data removed. California consumer protection act enforces your removal of my data i never consented to be sold or used.
. it also says that you should not be creating an account without the user's permission. neither you nor your customer have permission. To use an email, a phone number or an address that does not belong to them and that you have not verified. I'll report to proper authorities. Hope the company is fined and/or they fix this compliance issue.
We should opt in, not out! Especially if you solicited said data.
As expressed by other reviewers, I'm waiting FOREVER for my refund to be credited to my credit card for a purchase that I made, and returned, for my wife. And as others have said, T9 keeps saying "oh your refund is in the works" - but then nothing happens. It makes me wonder about either their accounting processes or their solvency - but either way, I'm not purchasing from them again.
Most of the time I am happy with my Title Nine purchases, but unfortunately the few times I’ve had to return things, it takes an eternity to get a refund. I sent something back 6/11 and got an email 6/20 saying my return had been received and I would see a refund within 1-2 weeks, but it has now 7/7 and I still haven’t seen the credit on my card. This has happened with items in the past, too, and is really frustrating, especially when you do your part to send the return back in a timely manner.
They charge for returns, first of all, which is pretty much unheard of nowadays. And $3 PER ITEM. The worst part is that even with charging $3 per item for returning, it’s taken a FULL MONTH for the return to process. Once they received the items back. That’s just to process the return, now it may take an additional 1-2 weeks for the refund to show up on my credit card. So all in all, I had to pay to return AND it will have taken OVER A MONTH to get my money back. In addition, I wasn’t impressed with the quality of the swimwear; one item I send back had thread already unraveling and the stitching fell in weird places on the top. I will never order from them again.
Love the quality of the items I purchased (bathing suits and skorts). The things that didn’t fit I was able to return. Is a little pricey overall, but I am happy with my purchases.
I have bought from them for years. Their merch is always great. Today I emailed them to make. return and it couldn't have been easier or smoother. Fast friendly response.
